1780s Ensemble

It’s been a couple months but I finally finished this one! 1780s is one of my favorite periods, even if the “hedgehog” style hair is crazy haha. Also huge shoutout and thank you to @vintagesimstress for doing some MAJOR troubleshooting on this one for me because she knows way more about blender than I do. Anyway hope you enjoy! :)

15th Century Ensemble

Hi guys! I love this period in fashion and wanted to make something from it for the Sims. I had several issues with it, but I think it’s at a point I’m pretty happy with. There is some weird texture stuff at the back of the hennin, but it’s hardly noticeable. 

The ensemble has three items. A necklace, hat, and dress. This style of dress was popular in the 1400s in northern Europe and is known as a Burgundian Gown. The headgear in this era, called a Hennin, was really unique and came in many different styles. The necklace is a general medieval style with gems and drop pearls, and can be used for eras 1400-1600 I’d say.

Victorian Sitting Room Objects

Here I’ve continued my recolors of TheJim07’s objects in @felixandresims Georgian and marble colors. There are two options for the Federal Column Fireplace: wood patterns and marble patterns. TheJim07′s original Gothic Curtain mesh was recolored, and I created three mesh edits that come in his original palette and the Georgian.

Romantique Bedroom Set

I’ve recolored TheJim07’s bedroom set in @felixandresims amazing Georgian color palette. The set comes with two different bed-frames: the bed trimmed in silver, and the gold file includes solids swatches. Both silver and gold end-tables have two versions : solid or with marble tops. Both silver and gold dressers have three options: metallic trim, solid, and solid with marble top. The mirror comes in all 16 colors and the lamps have three metallic options with all 16 fabric colors. I’ve added TheJim07′s Federal Curtain’s in all solids, and with gold trimming.

Regency Era Lookbook

This lookbook focuses on the Regency Era: a period when King George III was deemed unfit to rule due to his illness, and his son ruled as his proxy, as prince regent. Upon George III’s death in 1820, the prince regent became King George IV.  This is also the Jane Austen era and fun fact, my mom is a big fan of her’s and I’m named after her book “Emma.”

I found a lot more content than I thought I would and that is because of @regencysims4. Definitely check out their blog if you want more Regency CC!

There’s a lot of beautiful cc for our high-born ladies of the court, the rococo maidens with their ornate vestments of wealth—-but what about our average 1700′s gal? Here’s a little lookbook for your revolutionary lasses!

Based on the two art pieces above, this outfit can alternatively be worn to collect flowers or while overthrowing a corrupt government. Or both, if the fancy strikes you.

This is a bit more of a romanticized outfit—-it actually has the audacity to look semi-comfortable! How scandalous! If it was possible to pop on a thick apron and a corset onto it, it might be a little bit closer to the fashion moors of the time, but I still think it’s really cute.

This look is practically perfect in everyway, and I can thank zx-ta’s wonderful conversion skills for that! Look at that dirt! Looook!

Ideally, this outfit would terminate in a skirt—-because, despite how cumbersome it must have been to spend your days hoisting your thick skirts up, trousers for ladies…..were not a thing….to say the least. But it’s still a beautiful piece of cc, and I love the blouse underneath the corset! (Ohhh, and that apron!!! Gahhh!!)

outfit five:

This outfit would really be perfect if there were accessory apron cc out there! (Disclaimer: There are a couple small apron cc pieces out there, but most of them are attached to clothes/in the style of modern work aprons!) Maybe eventually I’ll learn how to make cc and see if I can fenagle an accessory apron (or maybe just a skirt with an apron attached??). All these 18th century Looks™ are marked by a lot of layers and thick bolts of fabric, something that’s kind of difficult to translate into TS4.

A very simple outfit to wear while scrubbing down the wash or walking into town to barter with the townsfolk, narrowly avoiding pickpockets and unscrupulous characters on your way.
