To make a Story Map on Story Map Knight Lab, I clicked on Make a Story Map now. Click new. It would then ask us what type of story do we want to make- with two options: Map and Gigapixel? As I clicked on Map. Name your story map and click create, it would take a few moments - creating story map - checking authorization. Then loading Story Map. It would lead you to the working station. On the left hand side one can see Add Slide, as we click on it, Search option for the location appears, the desired place name can be typed there. In the Media section we would be pasting the URL or uploading picture that we want to put on the back of the map. Our first slide can have cover shots also. For cover shots, there is an option on the right hand side called "Slide options", it would then ask us the background color  and background image. Both can be chosen as desired. The second section "Credit" would have the credits that we want to attribute to the site that we have picked the desired material from.  Caption would have the caption for the photograph. One can easily preview the changes with the two options on top namely, "Edit" and "Preview". On the right hand side, we have Headline which will have the title or say headline of the story. Down there we would type out the description. Likewise other number of slides can be created on Story map and then click publish. 

Then we come to launch site, in order to launch a site I first clicked on Sites under Dashboard, it led me to YOUR ACCOUNT where my username humanrightsindia was visible. I clicked on +Launch new site, it showed me two options - Username and Select the two and click Launch. For inviting, engaging more people one can also connect their Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Flickr,Google+ also on Rebel Mouse. The hurdles that I faced while creating Rebel mouse account was searching through the many options of a wide variety available there. For a first time user it can be a bit confusing.

This visualisation shows the age group of all MA in Convergent Journalism (Final) year students at Jamia Millia Islamia, in the form of a bar graph. Information has been attributed to AJKMCRC. After importing the data from Google spread sheet, we made Google Fusion tables. Bar Graph has been chosen because it proves to be the suitable form of visualization for the purpose of showing the different age groups that these MACJ students belongs to.

This visualisation shows the State-wise distribution of all MA in Convergent Journalism (Final) year students at Jamia Millia Islamia, in the form of an Intensity Map.Information has been attributed to AJKMCRC. After importing the data from Google spread sheet, we made Google Fuion tables. Intensity Map has been chosen because it proves to be the suitable form of visualization for the purpose of showing the state wise location of students belonging to different states. In order to achieve the proper output we need to click "Aggregate" data by "Location" not State.Another thing to be kept in mind is to keep the entity as "State" and Count as"Value". Area should BE kept as "India" NOT World.
