This is a seashell, right? I found it at the beach one summer.

I will be exhibiting at the ZINE Festival Tokyo for the first time next Saturday!

My table number is B18 on 5th floor.

I will be selling my first Zine, stickers and postcards at the event.

March 3rd is Doll's Festival, “Hina-matsuri”!

Do you know a festival celebrating girls “Hina-matsuri”? It is a Japanese traditional festival which families with girls arrange their collections of a type of Japanese doll called “hina” into a display.

Happy National Cat Day in Japan 🐈‍⬛🐈

We, Japanese cat lovers, call February 22 (2/22) the “Cat Day – Nyan Nyan Nyan Day” because the sound of number 2, “Ni” (Japanese) sounds similar to meow, “Nyan” in Japanese. We say “Nyan” instead of meow.

Setsubun is a traditional Japanese event held on February 3rd or 4th to mark the end of winter and the beginning of spring.

This is Hiiragi iwashi which is a grilled sardine head impaled on a holly branch.

It is attached on the front door.

Demons hate the sharp points on holly leaves and strong smell of sardines.
