Squid's Cringe Ass Sideblog for Cringe Ass Art

I had been working on about 5-6 commissions for a friend for her growing company, and now I find she's getting MULTIPLE tattoos of my art?? I'm gonna fucking cry this is by far the greatest compliment I could ever get on my art, I always feel as though my art is not enough, and I'm not enough as a creator to make something actually worth my time and peoples money. To know that she loved and appreciated it so much that she's getting tattoos of my art, it brings me so much joy and I could cry, I feel like I'm actually an artist now? Like obviously I am an artist. I draw, I create, even if you don't put anything out into the world for consumption, you're an artist! However, it has been such a validating experience to know someone likes my art enough to get it placed permanently on their bodies.
