What if Garp had taken up Roger’s offer? Would’ve Dragon changed his own course? Probably not, but it would mean they would not been on the oppsite sides of the government

Would Dragon have still left Luffy with Garp or would he kept him? How would Luffy grow up? Just as alone in canon, or maybe just a little less?

Would Luffy still grow up on Dawn Island? Would he still have met Ace and Sabo? Would Garp, Dragon and Luffy even have the chance to be a real family? What would it take for them to be together?

Or what if Dragon have stayed a marine? Would he finally be able to raise Luffy? Would Luffy even be born to begin with?
