Guys, I'm really sorry but there is no way I can continue Highwaymen. I'd been job hunting for a month and I've had some interviews but there's no guarantee I'll have normal income. Highwaymen has been fantastic for the experience, it's taught me a lot, but for now it'll be shelved on indefinite hiatus. Thank you so much to everyone who stuck with me. I made it 50 pages! That's astounding to me that this little comic made it this far! Don’t worry, this blog will remain where it is, I’m not going to delete it. One day I truly hope to come back to it and make it better than it was before.

I have already refunded everyone's September pledges and will repurpose this Patreon in the coming months as a more personal one. For now though, I will be sorting out my life, getting the income I need to function as an adult, as well as the mental health check ups I need.

I hate to have to do this after such a long run but Highwaymen is going to go on a short hiatus. Right now I’m not in a good place mentally and am still hunting for a job. Until I have a stable source of income I can’t work on Highwaymen the way I’d like to. I’m very sorry. Not sure when the next page will come out but please give me time.

I’m sure most of you have noticed a lack of Tuesday updates. Things have gotten a little harder to manage to keep on top of the comic when I’m job seeking again on top of regular expenses. Highwaymen is a free comic running on the kindness of it’s Patreon patrons. It will always be free but donations and subscriptions to the Patreon help create content.

I have now switched from Xsplit to OBS streaming software and things are on the up and up. Regular streams should be back at the new time, 7-9 EST. Let me assure you this has been as much a frustration for me as it has been for you viewers!
