It can also happen when you put ICE IN YOUR BONG. You are literally inhaling coldness into your lungs and body thus making you sick!! I know the coolness feels nice and but in the long run its rly not good for ya :/

You want to be cautious of the water levels you fill your pieces to. if you hit it and water is coming through out of the mouth piece, you probably have too much. (and it will function better with less anyway) and I’d assume with the ice situation, if you’re going to use it, again just don’t fill it all the way to the mouth piece. all n all clean your pieces/change out the water, you’ll be fine. it’s all about the moisture.

Also don’t smoke out of pumpkins 🎃 it’s a popular autumn stoner move but you can get lipid pneumonia. Not a definite I guess but pumpkin is super fatty and if you get fat in your lungs you get pneumonia. Like if you breath in oil.
