our first au event has officially come to an end, and regular dash activity may now resume! thank you to everyone who participated, interacted, and gave something new a try.

our first au event has officially begun! from now until approximately 7pm cst on friday, everything on the dash is taking place in our college au.

reminder!!

our first au event begins tomorrow and runs through friday! we have posts queued so everyone knows exactly when the au will start and stop (beginning around 8am cst on thursday). during the event, there should be a pause on regular interactions and non-au dash activity. feel free to also use an au-specific tag on your blogs if it helps keep things organized.

AU EVENT 01: College AU — June 18–19

after a lot of interest in the survey, we’re officially kicking things off with a college au for two days! since this is our first au event, here are some loose guidelines and what to expect:

before the first au event takes place, we’ll post some simple guidelines and expectations so everyone is on the same page going into it. for now, just know that au events will only take place for ~2 days so they don’t completely throw off regular rp happenings. this is an alternate universe, completely not canon, so the things that happen do not affect regular rp or connections at all. it’s a chance to go wild with creativity. it should be fun!

here is a poll with our favorite ideas so far to get us started. if there isn’t a clear winner, we may do a second poll to narrow it down and if you have another au idea, drop it below!

hawaii cruise

thursday, may 14 – saturday, may 16

we’re setting sail for a three-day cruise to hawaii. whether you’re here to relax, explore, or make questionable decisions, this is your chance to step away from everything and enjoy the ride.

thursday, april 2 – friday, april 3 • sherwood forest faire (texas)

step away from the ring and into the woods! for two days, we’re headed to the sherwood forest faire. whether you lean into the theme or just enjoy the atmosphere, this is a chance to relax, explore, and get a little out of character.

the faire is fully open to explore: winding paths, market stalls, live performances, food, drinks, and plenty of opportunities for interaction.

if you’d like to get into the spirit, feel free to dress the part; knights, rogues, nobles, fairies, pirates, or anything in between.

nighttime event for thursday, april 2:

as the sun sets, everyone is invited to gather within the faire grounds for a relaxed evening meet-up. lanterns lit, drinks flowing, music in the background. a perfect setting for group interactions, and late-night conversations.

other notes:

threads may begin at any point during the event

interactions can continue beyond april 3, just tag accordingly

feel free to create light “faire personas” for fun!

this is a casual, open-format event. explore and interact as you’d like

we already did a cruise as one of the first ever group events but we’re not opposed to running it back with a new location and itinerary.

the rose exchange has officially begun! you may now start sending out your anons. each character is limited to three roses total, so make them count. you can send your rose as: 🌹 + a message (optional)

you’re welcome to start posting outfit inspiration, aesthetics, and pre-event content as early as now.

in rp time, the event officially begins at 6pm for full evening vibes at the metropolitan opera house. however, interactions at the event may begin at 3pm cst to give everyone plenty of time to write and enjoy the night.
