I've gotta be upfront, I've kinda been in a shitty state of mind and needed to take a bit of a hiatus . . . I HAVE been working on things in the background but I've just been taking things at a far more leisurely pace . . . sorry for my radio silence, will have something soon. kind of at a point where I'm trying to learn some new stuff like Blender but keep also going back to SFM just to make SOMETHING while I learn the basics of the former . . . getting sick did not help with this . . . nor did some personal life chaos . . . will have SOMETHING soon.

Currently trying to get back into the swing of things . . . trying to make stuff in SFM while also trying to learn Blender and combat burnout . . . will hopefully have something to post soon though, sorry for the radio silence.
Max and Co rent a hotel room for the weekend in the city before meeting up with Dana and Juliet in the morning . . . but for tonight? A little celebration. Initially this was gonna be a two parter with a more bittersweet ending, but given the state of my mental health, I think it best to scrap the bittersweet portion for now and make something of a lighter tone to follow this up . . .

Wanted to do something a bit light hearted again this week as I'm still working on writing for two other uploads . . . also I wanted an excuse to rework a previous diner based piece, hope y'all enjoy and have a great weekend!

It just feels like everything around me is collapsing, and honestly some days I wake up and wonder what's the point of anything anymore.
As far as my work is concerned I AM still working on stuff, I just need to pace myself for the sake of my mental health. Sorry for my silence.
explaining my silence
I need to apologize for my well . . . lack of anything as of late . . . given recent events I've kind of been in a very bad place mentally and had put basically everything on hold . . . been trying to get back into making art projects but blender is currently on hold while I work on some SFM projects because I just need to actually MAKE something for the sake of my mental health for now. I will be picking up Blender again later though, but for now I just need to focus on something that isn't the current state of affairs for the sake of my sanity . . . thank you for sticking with me and I promise I AM working on stuff . . .
Status Update
Brief update here, I officially began learning Blender about a week ago, slowly working through the donut tutorial . . . since then I've kinda broken off a little and began experimenting on my own to learn some more specific things and I gotta say, its beginning to bare fruit. I have been working to and receiving help with setting up models and characters that I will be using throughout my works, both established IP fan works as well as some semi OC content, and honestly I'm kinda proud of what I've gotten so far!
I'm not yet at the point where I am working on a full scene as I am still learning things and gathering resources to work from, but hopefully soon I will have SOMETHING to present and show for all this learning . . . thank you for being patient with me . . . I'm still kind of in a dark place right now and things feel rather bleak to say the least, but this has been a light in a dark time and I cannot WAIT to share something with you all!

I'm sorry for my further silence . . . I've been in a dark place lately and things only seem to be getting worse by the day . . . I'm still keen on learning Blender but between mental blocks and bouts of hopelessness . . . it's been difficult . . . I will try to move forward.
I've been putting a bit of thought into this, and I've decided I want to move forward and start learning how to use Blender, so there may not be any uploads for a bit while I learn how to use Blender effectively.

An explanation for Absence
I know I’ve been a inactive for a while . . . I’ll admit I’ve been trying to get my footing back after some recent strife in my life, both personal and admittedly political . . . guess you could say it’s a combination of burnout and loss of desire to create. However I have regained that desire and a new creative fire has been lit (forgive my corny dramatic words) and I’ve actually been working on a few projects both one offs and longform (still wanna work on making some comics at some point). These projects will unfortunately NOT be done before November ends, but I should have the first piece posted on Blusky, Tumblr, DA, and the ruins of what was once Twitter in December.
I look forward to sharing my work with you all, and thank you for staying with me through all this . . . it means a lot to me.

Max had been to this ramen place a couple of times, and was excited to bring Chloe here on their first official date here in Seattle, though things got even MORE interesting when they bumped into Brooke and Kate who were also apparently on their own little romantic outing.Â
After some light prodding from Chloe, they decided to make this a double date, got a table, and proceeded to banter a bit about what they were going to order. Chloe had her eye on a dish but Brooke warned her it might be a BIT to spicy for her.
"You saying I can't handle spicy? Chloe said with feigned offense.
"I'm saying you look like you couldn't handle a bottle of tobasco Price." Brooke said smugly.
"Oh it is ON Scott!" Chloe exclaimed.
They placed their orders and glared at each other until their noodles arrived, to which Chloe decided to dive in face first to prove a point . . . to which she failed as she tried to cool the inferno in her mouth. Max and Kate chuckled, which in turn cooled everyone down.
