There is a restrained snort of laughter from Dilan. He knows Aeleus is madder than a snake in a bag; and calling him ‘boy scout’ probably wasn’t the best call on his part, but Ael’s use of words were a completely different kind of colorful.

Purple eyes narrowed at Xigbar’s answer. Xaldin’s stern expression grew more displeased as he clenched a fist he had resting next to his own glass even tighter. He was known to be more combative when he drank, and right now he was trying not to deck Xigbar in the nose.

‘You have no idea.’ Is what he thought. “Hmh... I see...” Is what came out of his mouth.

Dilan had gone to Aeleus’s room to let him know the others were getting ready to leave the castle to meet with the restoration team when he caught the other while he was in the middle of changing.

He stepped into the redhead’s room and opened his mouth to speak, but paused when he saw part of what looked like the remnants of a scar creeping onto Aeleus’s back from a spot on the side of his ribs.

Aranea raised a brow at Dilan, looking behind her to where Leon still stood. Giving a light shrug of his shoulders, she rolled her eyes before following behind Dilan. While walking behind him, she noticed how bad the place was. She’d keep her comments to herself but..damn..It was a major surprise to her that they were able to function in a castle that was so beat up. As they got about half way to the hall; a young man with slate hair wondered out of one of the rooms, face implanted in a folder with old notes he found. Upon hearing footsteps nearby, he looked up for a moment. Curiosity taking the better of him, Ienzo tilted his head at Dilan. “Good morning Dilan..Who are they..?”

“The woman is who you apparently hired as an extra guard, and.... whoever the hell you are again... was bringing her here.” Dilan had only met Leon one other time and it was alongside what felt like eight other people. It’s not that he didn’t care what Leon’s name was, but he really couldn’t have given a shit about who was who at the time.
