"That'll be $125 for an overnight, sir. Don't worry, Luna's in good hands." Lily smiles as she leads the man to the receptionist's desk. "You and your daughter can come by tomorrow at 8 to pick her up, okay? I'm sure she'll be thrilled to see you both by then, considering how she ran around and unfortunately knocked over a vase, from what you'd said when you brought her in." She's about to tell a coworker to help them pay, but then a Rottweiler who's known for being territorial suddenly barks and lunges at another, smaller dog as another worker is leading them out to use the restroom, causing Lily to rush over and reprimand the dog. "No, Jasper! Bad!" The Rottie immediately backs away, head turning down and tail tucked as he returns to his kennel. "Oh, I'm so sorry about that." She turns to the next person, giving an apologetic smile. "His owners are currently on vacation, and since we are also a boarding place for pets, we have to deal with... that sometimes. Anyways," she offers up a hand, "nice to meet you. Are you here for a pet?"
Eddie had to admit he found it a bit nice to see some chaos in the form of cuteness rather than the city trying to take everyone out. Watching the dogs fight, bark and just have fun while the people ran around was almost entertaining. "Oh, it's alright." He gave her a soft smile. "Yeah, I am actually but if he's having this much fun, maybe I should let him come back some more." He chuckled.
