“not without me leaving the bar unattended.” jo admitted with a shake of her head. she chuckled a little at the other. “that's dedication to the fries but… i don't know you. you could burn my kitchen down for all i know.” she cocked a brow. “hm. i can offer you some bar snacks? chips and dip. we've got some good peanuts too. but if you want a drink? that i can help with. though i'm gonna need some id before i suggest anything… alcoholic." she wasn't too sure how old the girl was. “but i make a good mocktail.”
"That makes sense, it wouldn't be fair on me to make you do double the work either. I'd be like a bad feminist." Max pointed out, giving a nod. "Understandable, you know, that's smart because I have no idea what I am doing. I've never even made my own fries before, let alone fry them. I use an air fyer for most of my food." She chuckled. "Oh, here. I just turned 21 last month." Max pulled her ID out of her wallet, once she pulled the wallet out of her pocket and grinned. "I'll take either, though, honestly. That sounds delicious."
