Kim is a relatively recent figure among the Color Fixers, but he has been in the business for a long time, so he knows most of the powers that be in the City. It's important to mention the circumstances that led to him obtaining a Color rank: it's the Hana Association's way of keeping him in check, since he literally has everything needed to create a localized zombie apocalypse. Kim's methods, like creating smoke marionettes and his tendency to only appear when things have already gone horribly wrong, have caused many Fixers to reject him. However, he himself takes the rumors about him and the insulting title of "vulture" quite calmly, even philosophically.

His fatalism has also greatly influenced his relationships with other Colors: believing that everyone has a destined path in life, he neither seeks alliances nor makes enemies, treating everyone with due respect and politeness, acting as a sort of "neutral force." After becoming a Color, Kim never tied himself to any particular side, helping those he deemed worthy. That's why many were surprised by his long-term contract with Limbus Company.

And here's a fun fact... Kim is, remarkably, quite popular among the citizens of the City, but every time he encounters attention to his persona, he is genuinely surprised as if it's the first time.
