I ramble a lot

Also, it wasn't store used. The box is just sitting in here empty.

A stapler (that we dont need, we have two), staples, and some generic brand dry erase markers that will probably dry out were store used. But not the keyboard. Which is nuts because if you can do that stuff, why not the keyboard while you're at it?

Why is it that I bought two pairs of shorts and I can see my underwear through both pairs? If I wear a thong with either of these shorts and stand in direct light, you see my entire ass through the shorts. I don't just mean the pantyline of my thong. You can see what color thong I'm wearing. You can see the dimples on my ass cheeks. Standing normally, not bent over so the fabric stretches, my ass is on display. My ass isn't even huge and the shorts aren't too tight.

Also I've been trying to fix the shelf labels on the trading card wall for like 4 days and I keep getting interrupted. If I finish the inventory precount, I can fix the shelf labels, stock some shit that was hidden in a box in the closet for some reason, and maybe work some long/shorts.

I don't wanna step down. No one's making her do her job better or step down. There are no transfer opportunities in my area for the same job. So I might just see what I gotta do to promote. I know I'm ready to work my ass off and do whatever I gotta do. But I don't know how to sell myself to strangers.

Tell me why she went THREE HOURS without keys and didnt say shit. She thought I had them. But dude. Why the FUCK would you not ask for them back? We have two sets for a fucking reason. She told our boss she didnt know where they were, but dude thats even worse. That's a security problem. If I went three hours without knowing where my keys are and didn't say shit and wasn't tearing the store up to find them, I'd be coached or fired. I genuinely don't know how she doesn't see the problem with that.

But I know why she didn't ask for them back. She didn't want to have keys because then she can push tasks off to other people. And no the fuck you can't. If you don't want keys, you can't be a team lead.

This is only one small molecule of the bullshit I've had to deal with, and I'm fucking sick of it. She's mediocre at best and no one's calling her out on it ir pushing her to be better, so shes comfortable in mediocrity. Well I'm not gonna make it comfortable. We are well past the limit on how long she can use the old "Im new teehee" excuse to not do shit and claim she didn't know. It's been like 3 months. I didn't get a three month grace period when I promoted, neither did any other new TL. It's not in my job description to carry my weight and hers.

And the crazy thing is, she wants to promote to salaried. Ma'am, get fucking real. You don't even want to do the job you have. There's no way you're gonna do everything salaried does. I'm not confident I'm ready to promote. If I'm not ready, she sure as fuck isn't ready.

I started making a guide for my area to help people in my position whenever I quit/get fired/transfer/go on vacation etc. But now, I'm thinking fuck that. Because that means the person who is making my work life so unbearable I want to leave would benefit from my work ethic. And I think absofuckinglutely not. But then again, I made guides for two other things and shared it with her and she still hasn't used it when I know she should've.

I've been complaining and complaining. I have a list of multiple complaints from people. I don't know what else I can do.

Genuinely, I hope they force her to step down or quit. I hope she points out. I hope she transfers to some other store where I don't know anyone. I know salaried people at 4 stores and I like them too much to curse them with her lack of a work ethic, so I hope she stays away from those stores.

But now I have a digital paper trail proving Sue is purposely not doing her job. Like a month ago, my boss asked me to divvy up the long/shorts between the TLs so the unassigned long/shorts wouldn't fuck us over on the report. So I did. There were 10 long/shorts and 3 TLs including myself. I gave myself 4 and the other 2 TLs 3 each. Sue is new and was wrapping up a training week so I purposely gave her the 3 newest ones so she'd have the most time to work on it. A couple weeks ago, I divvied up the long/shorts again. I gave Sue the easiest looking ones and even included notes about what to look for.

Sue didn't know I did this. So, instead of trying to work on any of them, she unassigned herself from them. This isn't a thing where the system timed out and unassigned it automatically. No, she clicked on it and hit unassign.

So now, we have 17 unassigned long/shorts that will fuck us up on the report tomorrow. And the ones she unassigned are over 2 weeks late.

I'm fuming. I'm furious. The excuse of "She's new, give her time" is way past tired. It's time to step up or step down. The only way to get better at doing long/shorts is to just do it until something clicks. I can't get anymore generous than assigning the ones with the furthest out due dates and the easiest ones. I'm not doing them for her.

This is only one of the things Sue doesnt do that she should do as part of her job. I don't give a fuck if she doesnt want to. If she doesn't want to do her TL duties then she needs to step down or quit.
