Summary:

The weather in a small town is closely linked to the princess’s emotions (her tears correlate with rain, expected stuff like that). The townspeople manipulate her emotions for years, so that they get just enough rain for the growing seasons.

As the princess grows more mature, the townspeople—who are no longer able to control her feelings—come up with a scheme to make it rain again. Only, the plan doesn’t go as intended, and the princess finds herself falling in love with someone inopportune.

- a clip (like 30 seconds+) of you singing—some quick ways to do this are Tumblr audio files, Vocaroo, Google Drive, or Dropbox. Your audio recording can be of any song and in any key; it just helps me figure out how to divide up roles.

- the gender(s) of characters which you’d be comfortable playing.

As for your scheduling purposes, most of the work on the project will happen between April and July 2019.
