I'll always remember that one day we both randomly started crying before our usual Saturday naps because we were so grateful to the Lord for each other. We are such cry babies. 😂 The Lord brought me you when I desperately needed someone I could empty my mind and my heart to. During one of my life's biggest transitions I found myself constantly disappointed by the people I thought I could always count on. I was new in the faith and extremely culture shocked and my only prayer to the Lord then was for Him to give me someone who would really, sincerely listen. And he gave me my Jonathan—my very own true and loyal friend—in the form of you. I always thank the Lord for giving me a friend like you who lets me speak when I feel drowned out by the noise of the world around me. A friend who always eagerly offers empathetic ears and lets words escape my mouth before my thoughts lose courage and wilt in fear of being unheard. A friend who, on Friday nights, patiently and intently listens for hours as I unload a week's worth of stories, rants, and life updates. 😅💕 (Belated) happy birthday, my zizzaaaay @joooannerose! 🎂🎉 Thank you for always letting me speak to the cup at my end of the string while you patiently hold the other to your ear. Thank you for always praying for me and with me. Thank you for supporting me, encouraging me, correcting me, adventuring with me, and eating all kinds of overly hyped food with me. 🐷😂 I pray that the Lord continues to bless you and bless other people through you. May you always strive to look more and more like Jesus everyday as you labor in His vineyard. I can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for you this year! Please don't get married yet, okay! Sis Joyce and I aren't ready to let you go yet.
