“Oh it does? Do you have a lot of experience with deserts? You seem to know a lot about it. I have seen stuff like that happen as well.”

She thought about it as he was also a mercenary so it meant he had a lot of experience with this type of stuff.

“I appreciate the advice though. I will use that the next time I am in a desert so thank you.”

 “You gotta do a lot of jobs don’t ya. I mean it ain’t cheap taking care of a pegasus by yourself.” the combined cost if you work in a group was much cheaper than say doing solo. Its a reason why most flyers didn’t fly solo these days. 

“Oh, you as well? Reputation can definitely be a lot so I do not blame you. Oh a battlefield is going to be happening today? Interesting… And no, I haven’t fought in a desert before though, it wouldn’t bother me due to being a Pegasus Knight. What about you?”

 “Well it should. Sand going to get everywhere, especially in your pegasus eyes. And then you’ll fall down, I saw it happen too many times to count.”

he looks at his fingers, as if the the idea of pegasus riders falling to their deaths was common. 

 “I recommend some eyewear protection if you ever go near one. Especially for your pegasus.”

“And what if I am? Though, I am rather surprised at how far that has spread. I’ll admit I have had the thought, but no one was interesting to me so far.”

despite appearance, Caellach is serious in wanting to be a ruler, hence he is very good at management. Almost to a scary degree, his thugish face hiding something close to a supreme level manager if he gets his hands on it. down to a micro level.
