We're both well pleased it's the first evening of vacation. What a year, I'm proud of myself and also tired. 😅 Henry is ready to party! 💕 (if only they could bottle parrot-energy… it took about 12 photos to get one where he's looking up, looking in this direction, has his eyes open, isn't hanging upside down or butt-up)

Oh, for the record, this little ingrate didn't wish me Happy Mother's Day, instead offering a nip, smeared mash on my shoulder, and repeated reminding that he is, in fact, a "pretty bird". 😆

I swear, getting a holiday photo with Henry is a Herculean task - so here he is, scratching his jowls😆 Poor Bram is always very over it before the shot is captured 💕 Matt and I send all our love to all of you today and every day. May the joy and peace we experience this holiday inspire us to stand for others to experience the same. Every step, every action, counts. Let's make community our theme for 2025. Recently, we took a little weekend staycation by the water. Henry had a magnificent view from his "Lakehouse" (his small portable cage). I'm so grateful my friend allowed him to come to the cottage!

🦜 As usual, I'm partying hard with my parrot on a Friday night 😆 I'm watching old movies, meanwhile he had the time of his life playing with the possum.

Henry LOVES to be in tents and tunnels and blankets. Matt caught some cute moments of Henry under the edge of the comforter.

We all need to find something we really love. Henry met a subway bag. And made a hole for his head.

Happy Easter! Bram is such a ham ❤️ 🐇 Henry was scared of the eggs, stuffed toy, bucket, the ears - wanted nothing to do with any of it - and instead wanted to remind folks that, with a mirror, he can kiss himself. 😆🦜❤️We hope you all get to have treats and good laughs this weekend! 🍫
