I hope you bringing in this new year with cheer and maybe even a lil beeer (depending on how old you are)!

I’m EXTRA excited as there’s so much planned for this year and I can’t wait for everyone to see what’s in store!

I haven’t taken any pics this year (I mean it JUST started 😂) so here’s some of my Christmas! I got a DS from my bestiess and went to Disney (to eat, NOT for the ridessss)! I dunno why I look like an evil gremlin in some of these photos lol

that's one of my favorite parts of the song too! that whole section in general I had so much fun doing! i hear of artists feeling like "vessels" while making music, and I definitely felt that way during the making of train to nowhere! it was as if everything was just flowingggggggg

ughhhh these days music making feels a little clot-y so I wanna get to the rivers again (but it takes time!)

Hello lockets! 🔒 back again with another post!

About a couple of weeks ago, I did a show at Bob Baker’s Marionette Theater, ✨the christmystical tree under the sea ✨! I had been there a year ago watching their Christmas special with a friend, so it was full circle moment for me to be able to perform with the Marionettes!

For lockets who were there, here’s a fun fact for ya: I was finding out along with you guys what puppets were coming out! I forget which song I was singing, but all I remember is singing a couple of words, looking to my right and seeing this fish puppet RIGHT in my face! Not sure if someone captured me there, but my face was definitely along the lines of “😳😮🤣” I LOVED IT 🤩

Here’s another fun fact: Until the curtains lifted, I was backstage looking up the lyrics of “Christmas Time is Here” because for some reason, I messed it up every time in rehearsal!

…and before anyone asks, yes, I STILL forgot the lyrics midway! I kind of put the microphone down at one point and looked at the lights in awe, but really I was hoping such movement would cover up my mistake(s) 😭

I discovered a new thing recently as well: I love Martinelli’s! Apparently, it’s a thing? A locket had a wonderful story regarding their Martinelli adventures with their family, and it made me realize that it IS a drink that brings the people together! So I guess I indirectly owe this gathering to that wonderful sparkling apple cider. It might replace Capri Sun for me, which is CRAZY cause I fuckin love Capri Sun!!!!

All in all, what a wonderful night! Thank you so much for coming and watching me stumble, sing, and most importantly, forget the lyrics to head shoulders knees and ankles.
