Dose Of Dopeness

I still remember the first time we met, i was like "oh he can drive? We bout to go on adventures." We greeted each other and in my head I was like damn this nigga stinks lol we helped change that though, I remember all the things we did together like it was yesterday. Going on trips, being late to your band practice for church, making sandwiches at the Quiznos your family used to own, and dreaming about becoming rich and successful and still do the stupid things we do. All throughout high school was nothing but fun memories of us. Me, you, pebbles, and Andrew, we would have our "ail" adventures. The Asian, Indian, and Laos adventures, it made no sense because Laos is Asian but we just went along with it. We tried to teach you how to dance and haha after we graduated high school we still stayed the same, the whole crew went our separate directions but you still kept in contact with everybody. I lived down the street from you so we were pretty much at each other's house everyday, all we would do is eat, play video games, and hang out with your cousins. I still remember getting the message of you passing away, I denied it the whole time until I got to your house. I knocked on your door and asked for you but nobody responded, I walked into your house asking where you were and all they could do was cry. I denied every thought of you passing away, even until I saw you in your casket. I thought to myself that this was a stupid prank and you'd pop up and say I got you niggas but that never happened. I believed it was something you were doing to get back at your dad, I knew you couldn't handle it sometimes but you got through every situation with a smile on your face. Your smile was contagious, you took everybody's problem and made it your own. You helped every single person you could, you helped me with everything I went through. Till this day, even though I helped you with anything and everything I could, I don't feel like what I did was enough. I visit your family sometimes, I went by for thanksgiving and Christmas. I write on your marker board saying happy thanksgiving and merry Christmas and little messages every now and then. All that's left is memories, I hope you're living a struggle free life and getting as fucked up as I am. I know you don't believe it, but I hope when we reincarnate we'll get to call each other brothers again because that's the very last thing you said to me. No matter what happens, we'll always be brothers. May you rest in paradise and in power.
