[ Tom Ellis, male, he/him] whatever you think you know about LEVIATHAN Â PRINCE, the UNKNOWN year old, PANSEXUAL, LOCAL, it is likely time for you to start reconsidering. the rumored DEMON ( PRINCE OF HELL) is often described as DETERMINED + CREATIVE, but donât let them fool you; they can also be RESENTFUL+ CONCEITED, which often has them regarded as the THE PRINCE. they are a/an MAYOR at TOWN HALL, but itâs also said they are a/an PRINCE AND HEIR within the COURT OF HELL. whatever you hear, you canât deny thereâs more to them that meets the eye, and itâs time we start uncovering the truth.
This is Leviathan, he is the first born demon and the heir to hell. Which means he shoulders a great deal of responsibility. Â With the Conquering starting, the war between heaven and hell, he joined his father expecting a victory. However when things took a terrible turn and his Father was locked away, caged like an animal, Levi had little choice but to return to hell with the army to take his place as heir in the seventh, most deepest circle of hell. Helping his Queen mother Lilith run things while they searched for a way to free Lucifer, the 777 locks that held his father had to be figured out and broken. A task that was near impossible but only the weak would lose faith in returning the king to his rightful place.
He is the father of witch kind, laying with human women to see what would come of it, his children were gifted. Â Seeing this he often would father children with human women to spread the witch genes through the ages and to his delight it seemed that when the mothered or fathered children of their own his traits seemed to be passed down more often than not. He finds himself protective of witches in general knowing they are of his blood but not even that link can stop him from completing his goal.
Levi however had selfish reasons for wanting his father freed more than most, it wasnât just his duty as the eldest, not just his duty to his father but his fatherâs freedom also meant his own. Hell was not where Levi wished to be, it wasnât a place that he enjoyed being trapped. As his father was caged Levi was, only being able to escape to earthâs surface for short periods before he was needed back in Hell. With his father freed Levi will find himself free of the burden of ruling in anyone's stead.

Generally, he has given the world witches and given the supernatural a place to go in Hell when they don't deserve to be punished like others. Levi has a lot to offer though its usually with ulterior motives attached.
The soft thuds of his footfalls crunched twigs and dried leaves underfoot as Kaden jogged along the trail. He knew the forest wasnât the most welcoming place these days, but it still had some of the better trails for jogging - and so he tried to keep his route on the trails closest to the city itself. The last thing he needed or wanted to deal with was his motherâs psycho-ex-alphaâs pack thinking the Peaks Pack was encroaching on their land or something.
As he ran, the young teen took in the brisk air of the chilly afternoon - lightly questioning whether he should have chosen to jog in something warmer than a tank top and shorts. He hadnât wanted to work up a sweat in something that heâd feel overheated in, after all. ( @risingpeaksreblogsâ )

Levi wasnât one who needed to work out or even do much to keep in shape, that was the plus of being a demon who could shapeshift and take over the bodies of others. Though there was plenty of reason for him to be in the woods, just none of them being rather wonderful. The nemeton however was something that he like any other supernatural creature was drawn to and he enjoyed checking in on the witches that showed up to the thing to give offerings or to draw power from it. Seeing the young wolf running around he rolls his eyes, âYou do realize that freezing to death while out on a jog is a terrible story to have written about ones self in the paper. The crime blog is a much more interesting column to be added into, not that I would condone such a thing.â
Apparently it was going to snow soon and despite having lived here for most of her, she spent the first few years in a rather cold part of Maine. Plus, with being a shapeshifter her body heat kept her warm at all times so she never had to worry about getting a cold. âI wonder when itâs going to snow,â she mused aloud, probably a bit too excited.
-
Levi walking up on the other with a coffee in hand took a sip from the cup and looked to the shapeshifter, âOh I suspect it will be sooner rather than later, the mountain protects us a great deal but weâre due for a good dusting.â He didnât mind the snow, it didnât bother him anymore than great heat but he didnât enjoy the wet clothes that came with either one of those.

âAs a founding family, Iâm sure you deserve much longer than half a term.â Sebastian chuckled, having some more of his drink. There was nothing wrong with schmoozing in the right circles, after all. âAlso it was more intrigue than anything. My friendâs son moved here, I got curious and came to see if it was somewhere I wanted myself and my daughter to live. Thereâs something attractive about this place, though it isnât something I can put my finger on. I like what Iâve seen so far, despite the⌠ongoing situations. Iâm pretty sure Iâll be staying long-term.
-
Levi gives a mild shrug of his shoulders, âPeople donât know much about history anymore these days, though I assure you I have little doubt I will make it further than that.â He had hopes and if the tides turn he had other means to keep his place in office if need be. âIts the fresh air and sites or well that is how we at town hall certainly express it.â The nemeton had a huge part to play that was for sure and the fact there was another, it bothered Levi that Spear had it hidden away on their land. âWell we appreciate your thick blood, sticking around when things seem a little dark. After all things are always their darkest before the light or whatever the expression is.â
Hearing that the mayor wanted to honor those that were lost, rather than have a party by himself didnât seem too believable, especially when this wasnât for publicity, but she didnât want to insult the man, so she simply sat down.
âI suppose I can have at least one drink to that. My dad did like a drink every now and again.â She muttered, taking a glass. He wasnât an alcoholic, but one drink at the end of the day never hurt him. âThereâs⌠far too much death for a small town like this. No offence but Iâm starting to think I should tell my mom to get us the hell out of here.â
-
âAh so you are one of the Spear folks, I figured as much. I am sorry about your fatherâs loss, I understand how that feels to lose ones father.â Though his own wasnât dead he might as well have been since it had been so long since Levi has seen or spoken to him. âI donât blame you for it at all, love. In fact I would say the same thing, far too many deaths though I can only look to the Sheriffâs office to do anything about it. Best I can do is enforce curfews, which seems to be rather disliked by general population.â
The Rumblinâ wasnât exactly Samaraâs scene, but she decided to give it a chance since a few of the younger members of the Crescent Coven invited her to tag along. She told herself itâd be a good way to get to know her fellow witches, to gather information about the covenâs past and maybe even bond with everyone. However, their sheltered perspectives and judgmental snarky comments soon got on Samaraâs nerves , the necromancer excusing herself from the group after only twenty minutes of hanging out with them.
The brunette was on her way to the bar when she overheard the man in an expensive suit argue his way around getting cut off, hesitating for a moment when he invited her to join him. Samara looked back at the membersâ of her coven, following the stranger when she realized they were unbothered by her absence. âThe owner must be pretty generous,â she commented, settling at the manâs side. âAllowing their friends a whole bottle for free is bound to get expensive.â Especially since the stranger seemed to have a pretty costly taste.
-
Levi lets out a laugh, âFor free? Hardly, I settle my debts before I leave. I never pay for something before I experience it, thatâs how you end up disappointed with an empty wallet.â He wasnât going to take from the locals, it wouldnât look good on the mayor to do such a thing. âI simply donât like when someone counts my drinks.â Especially since it didnât hit him in the same way it hit others, what was some shots compared to the heir to hell? âThough it doesnât hurt to owe the mayor a favor or two, I do think the free bottles are more so up the fire marshalâs alley.â
âNice to meet you, Levi. Or would you prefer Mayor Prince?â He asked, raising his eyebrows. There was something about this man he didnât hate, almost a respect, but he couldnât put his finger on it. Perhaps it was simply his position that garnered his respect. âMy names Sebastian Arguello. You have quite the town here, itâs very⌠fascinating.â He smiled, taking a drink. âHow long have you been in charge?â
-
âWeâre not in formal setting, Levi will work for now.â He wasnât a complete ass about his title after all calling himself Mr. Prince was more a personal joke than anything. âWell I wish I could claim all the credit there but its always been a rather place even if not all the people in it are interesting.â He answers honestly since there was a great amount of time when it seemed to be mostly humans living in it. Something that angered his mother a great deal but over the years the supernatural have taken it back in shadows. âWhat brought you to our little town, Sebastian? The sights?â He questions as he takes a sip from his glass. âSince birth but as mayor of this lovely little town its been about half a term now. My family is one of the founding families eons ago and I moved back recently.âÂ
Sebastian chuckled at the man, having been just about to grab a drink for himself, but at the invitation who was he to refuse? âDonât mind if I do, Iâm not one to turn down a free drink.â He laughed, taking a seat at the manâs table. âDo you do this often then? Buy random drinks for random strangers? Maybe I should have moved here sooner.â
-
Levi hadnât seen the male before but he spot one of his children a mile away and why this one was in town made him curious. Witches who tend to use darker magics stood out to the demon prince, he offers the other a smile, âAs mayor of town I do like to reach out to my public. Certainly would benefit me to greet the visitors of our little town. Levi Prince,â The demon offers his hand out to the other in greeting.

Does your muse have any distinct memories of celebrating Thanksgiving with their family?
No, its not a holiday they sat down to celebrate together, can you imagine in thousands of demons say down together? The bloodshed and chaos that would come from that? However he has joined some witches for the holiday through the years.
đ - Whatâs your muses opinion on football? Do they play?
Its not nearly as violent as it should be.
Absolutely not, Levi would never belittle himself enough to play the game nor would he want to dirty his suits for such a silly thing.
betsa  had  been  listening  to  the  otherâs conversation  longer  than  she  would  actually  admit. she  was  curious, maybe  too  nosy  to  even  be  able  to  admit  it.  but  she  wasnât going  to  be  the  one  turning  down  that  offer, after  all,  she  didnât  have  anything  better to  do.  â  iâm  not  going  to  say  no  to  a  drink  â  the  werewolf shrugged,  a  smile  tugging  the  corners  of  her  lips.
-
âI would be surprised if you did.â Levi replies pouring a drink out for the other as she took a seat. âI have some questions for you actually, an off the record sort of thing.â The demon prince admits and knowing that free drinks was likely to butter anyone up. âYou are close with the sheriff are you not?â
The Mayor had become a hard person to find. Even after heâd gotten some information from Nyx, there were still blanks to fill from his Halloween night. For some reason, the one memory that hadnât faded into oblivion was the image of the Mayor as an angel, carrying around a drink⌠Yet, whenever Mando had gone to the Town Hall, Mayor Prince never seemed available.
It took some irritation alchemizing into hunger for his senses to kick back in and the wendigo finally managed to catch a trail. Following it, heâd never thought itâd end with Levi Prince asking him to join in on his private time. Then again, the wendigo guessed these were private matters. âI would love that actually,â the gravedigger countered. âNever really thought about how busy politicians could be until I needed to speak to you.â
-
Levi would have rolled his eyes at the gravedigger but he was too open to the public to be seen doing that. âArmando isnât it?â He asks though he knew better than he cared to about what this manâs man was. âEven more busy when the whole town is on alert given the recent bodies that came up after the Halloween event.â

âWhatâŚ.? No! I donât think Iâm better than anyone! Brooke is amazing at her job, but I know that sometimes the authorities arenât always transparent with the public about everything that goes onâŚâ Arynn shook his head a few quick times. While Arynn prided himself on his ability to wield sarcasm and witty remarks, the Mayor was on another level entirely. His rapid questions and smooth remarks were tripping up the young manâs thought process and had him fumbling over his words as he tried to reconstruct what he wanted to say.
âUhâŚyes, well.â He cleared his throat some as Levi all but said âduhâ to his lack of formal education on engineering. âMy motto. You know, I bet it probably would be. Kind of fitting.â He strayed briefly before reigning his thoughts back in. Yet, as Levi continued speaking and dismissing the ordeal of the festival as nothing but poor budgeting for cheap decorations and a festival theme gone wrong, his brow only furrowed.
The fogginess in his head had so many holes within it that, for a moment, the explanations Levi gave him almost started to piece themselves into the gaps in his memory as his brain tried to find solace in some form of completion to its puzzles. âNo, that.. that doesnât sound right at all, Mayor⌠Mister? Sir.â He decided on an honorific.
-
âAnd you donât believe that the public should be left out of anything? That perhaps there are some things that are too extreme or perhaps too horrific for them to know?â Levi wondered what the world would be like if they knew about the supernatural, would be it a dog eat dog world of humans being a free for all buffet? And therefore feel the need to hunt the supernatural back to protect themselves? He rather doubted that they could life together peacefully for all time, that was a tad too hopeful for any demon.Â
âNo? What about it doesnât seem right to you? And on what grounds other than âMy tummy does sit well with itâ because I think we can all agree thatâs not a convincing argument.â Â
Destiny rarely headed to clubs, much happier at home with a clear mind, or out with friends (though she couldnât really picture Fish coming here either). But she needed some time without people that knew her. It wasnât going so well though, the bartender arguing with her about whether her ID was fake or not.
She walked away from the bar as the mayor approached her, and she raised her eyebrows. âSo long as you donât mind that apparently I donât look over 21, sure.â She shrugged, taking a seat at the table. Who was she to turn down the mayor, after all? âAre you⌠celebrating something?â
-
Levi waves a hand at the issue of how her looks and her age donât align well. âIâve learned ages ago not to assume anyoneâs age based on appearance alone.â He answers honestly after all he lost count of his own years and he hated to think of putting a number to his motherâs either. âCelebrating? No, that would be in rather poor taste.â It was a lie, or rather it wasnât, it would be in poor taste for the mayor to be happy people died and were injured during an event in town but he wasnât going to let anyone know it was cause for celebration for him. Once step closer to handing everything back to his father so he might step away from the ruling of hell. âMore so a drink to honor those who have been lost in the last couple of months. Between the locals and Spear, Iâm sure that is something cause enough for you to toast.â He did his research on those in town or rather his aunt and others did and filled him in on it.
