Thank you! I’ve been pretty busy with my work schedule. I check twitter from time to time, but I haven’t been active on my fandom accounts. 

Ha! Yes I do have another blog. I started to use it, then ended up having to travel a lot and the app decided it hated me at that exact time. The conclusion? I failed to update :D I might start updating it again soon, but I’m not sure. I also don’t know how people found it? That was surprising. 

I made a personal decision to step away from this place awhile back. I thought maybe one day (after their enlistment? if C-JeS improved?) I’d come back. By the time I knew it, the clock ticked into 2016 and well, this isn’t how I imagined I’d return. I thought I’d continue quietly supporting them but these recent days have been hell. 

I don’t know what the future holds for Yuchun or JYJ. No one does at this point. The silence is painful. As a fan, I’m devastated. As a woman, I’m physically ill reading the reports. The media has twisted things in a way that all I see is fog.

I’ve cried, I’m hurt, I feel angry, I’m overwhelmed with anxiety and sadness, I want to scream and yet... how? As bad as I feel, I have to remember that we’re watching the nightmare unfold, but the parties involved are living it. 

Could this all be some horrible witch hunt? Definitely. 

Could any or all of the allegations and rumors be false? Of course.

Is it possible the allegations are true? Yes. 

I’m trying my best to wait until the final results of the investigation or at least until we hear more from C-JeS/YC, but I can’t deny that it’s difficult. Now do I agree with the decision from DC JYJ? Not at this time.

To other fans, all I can say is that I wish strength for you all whether you stay to support, take a break, or walk away.

Congratulations! 

I truly hope this is only the beginning of future opportunities for Junsu and JYJ. 

My heart is still doing flips and spins and the emotion of this day is overwhelming. I feel happy for this moment and yet apologetic that I can’t move all the mountains that our JYJ must climb. Maybe that’s how many of us feel? 

As a fellow fan said in her message to Junsu (X): 

“I'm so grateful for your smile... but I'm also so sorry that at times I can't do anything but smile back”

Today is unforgettable. For now, I want to embrace the happiness. Tomorrow, I... we... will climb again.

As the final moments of the concert unfolded, the memories started to surface not as images, but as blurry emotions crashing into me. Not in a destructive way, but in waves that push forward and then push me back. So here I am now, gulping down feelings and swallowing tears as I swim in the moments I've collected of him… of them.

JYJ, you three have been the source of happiness for many now. The absence of your togetherness is haunting and it hurts more than I want to admit.

Jaejoong, I've missed you for awhile now. I'll miss you through the days ahead. Be safe, and I hope you come back and surround yourself with the happiness and love you deserve.  

The members are leaving one by one to become better men they say... but I hope their return is met with better fans and better circumstances.

JYJ’s Kim Junsu, who is the director of Jeju Island’s Toscana Hotel, and his party has revealed that they will take legal action. His side stated, “The constructors of the hotel, Cheonji Consolidated Construction and Shijei Construction, have embezzled construction funds.”

Jeju Island’s Toscana Hotel revealed through their media release on the 11th that “The two construction companies charged over double the actual cost of construction. We are releasing proof of their embezzlement” and “We will take strong, definitive action through the courts.”

Regarding the construction companies’ application to the courts for an order for payment in the amount of 5 billion won, and a provisional seizure of property in the amount of 1.8 billion won, Toscana stated “We’ve never borrowed money from them, yet they’re trying to maliciously smear a Hallyu star.”

It is correct that on August 4th, a promissory note was written but was “necessary as an accounting document” and there is no obligation to pay the two construction companies.

Because of worries that the promissory note would be maliciously used, Toscana states that they received a confirmation document immediately.

Toscana has revealed the promissory note, which states “The promissory note is to be used as an accounting document by the bank and the company. There is no repayment value associated with it. On this, we have signed and sealed it.”

In the building process of the hotel, Director Kim Junsu took out a 15 billion won loan from Kookmin Bank and 9 billion won loan from Nonghyup Bank, the latter of which has already been repaid.

Toscana’s legal representative, Attorney Jung Heewon, said “In this process, 6 billion won was provided to the construction companies to purchase equipment for the hotel, to which Director Kim Junsu is liable for the debt.”

She added, “Therefore, Director Kim Junsu never had the obligation to repay the two construction companies in the first place.”

Toscana’s Managing Director of Marketing, Park Sung Min, stated “The construction companies knew we were going to take legal action and deliberately released malicious reports. They thought that because the director of our hotel is a Hallyu Star and can not take an active role in the conflict, that they could mock us through the media.”

He continued, “After JYJ’s concert in Osaka on December 14th, we will lodge a lawsuit for compensation for damages.”
