Winter~(Ventus and Rhyme)
Rhyme laughed, nearly snorting. âYeah Iâd say. The campus is so huge! Of course none of my classes can be in the same building.â
She took a sip of coffee and grinned. This stuff was good. It was quite nice being able to relax like this and not have to worry about papers or other homework. She set her drink down.
"You wanna hit some shops or watch a movie after this? I donât know if Iâm ready to go back to the dorms yet!" She giggled and tapped her fingers on the table, looking at Ventus.Â
Ventus wait till he stopped chewing to answer. His eyes widened a bit in surprise to her question. Would this day really turn into just a whole day with Rhyme? That was something he couldnât say no to.
Quickly, the boy nodded in excitement, âAnything you want! Iâm not sure what I will find if we hit the shops but if you want to buy anything, tagging along will be great. Or we could chill and watch a movie. That sounds cool too.â The thought of relaxing with the girl made his cheeks turn red once more.
Rhyme was excited that Ventus accepted her invitation. She was really having a lot of fun and loved talking to him so hanging out seemed like the perfect solution to the dilemma of running out of time to chill.Â
"Watching a movie would be great. Shopping's fun but it's not much if there's nothing for you to shop for. Besides, movies are more fun anyway."
Either way, Rhyme was happy to utilize her free time in such a way. Her ears felt warm as she spoke to Ventus. She could only imagine how rosy her face looked. She definitely had a good day ahead of her.
Nice Weather eh? (Zidane and Rhyme)
"Sure!" Rhyme answered quickly. Usually sheâd take a second to consider her options but it  was wicked out and she was unequipped. "Iâm heading for my dorm as well, actually! Iâm in Oblivion!"Â
Rhyme hoped she wouldnât be too much of an inconvenience. She really appreciated the fact he was being a gentleman instead of just shrugging and walking away. She supposed it was what a decent human would do but she liked to see the best in people.
"Iâm Rhyme, by the way!" She smiled as she prematurely wrung the water out of her hair. "What a way to meet, huh?"
Zidane turned around as he looked at the building he just walked out of. He thought he just walked out of Oblivion. Did he day dream through most of his walk?Â
"Huh⌠same here. We might have to sit out somewhere at least until it calms a bit then move then. Sorry, I donât know what I was thinking." Zidane looked around for any cover they could find for her. He didnât mind too much for him self to get wet. The closest place was the sports fields. They could sit under the a small shelter there. "Letâs go this way."Â
After they arrived Zidane chuckled. âThatâs weather for ya.â He began to hit himself in the head. âAh sorry, Iâm Zidane. Itâs nice to meet you Rhyme, and what a name.â
"Zidane," Rhyme repeated. "I can't say I've heard that name before. I like it!" She decided. She looked at the rain coming down and shook her head. It was crazy to think that the day had been so sunny earlier. No one saw this coming. When there's no warning, even a small rain storm sucks.
"Yeah, my whole family's kind of musically inclined. My brother even goes by the name 'Beat'. I guess he's jealous his name's not as cool as mine" Rhyme laughed. "Where does Zidane come from?"
Adventure (Rhyme & Roxas)
"Really? Thatâs nice of you, Roxas!" Rhyme suddenly smiled. That was a nice change of pace, she had to admit. It just went to show that sometimes a golden heart lies beneath a bit of coarse skin. Well, she also needed to remember that not everyone shared her enthusiasm and that was okay.
"Coffee sounds great!" She put her hands in her hoodieâs pockets and waltzed out of the classroom. It was cool to have someone show her around that actually knew the area. Goodness knew sheâd be lost in the campus if it werenât for the people sheâd met so far.Â
âBy the way, Roxas is a really nice name! It suits you!â
Roxas laughed. âI was saying, I needed coffee to be a bit more awake. But if you want some too with your food.â He shrugged slightly with a smile.Â
The blonde rushed his fingers through his hair as he pulled his phone out to text a friend. âReally? It suits me how? Weird name for a weird guy?âÂ
"Maybe Iâll have a bit of cake too, just to help kill bitter. BTW my treat." He smiled sweetly.
There was quite a bit of people in the restaurant. Not as much as he expected after classes but enough to get him to slip a tip to the hostess for a quick seat. Roxas relaxed back in the booth they were brought to and sighed heavily. Â
"Something like that," she smiled. "You seem like you have a creative kind of something about you, like your name would imply. It's cool!"
"Thanks! That's really nice."
They were seated in the restaurant and Rhyme neatly set her phone beside her and leaned forward a bit, her hands in her lap.
"I always liked booths more than regular tables. I mean, I guess everybody does." Rhyme laughed a little, covering her face with her palm. "I'm just saying this is the perfect place to sit. It's really nice here, it's obviously pretty popular, yeah?"
Nice Weather eh? (Zidane and Rhyme)
"Shoot, shoot, shoot!" Rhyme repeated as she heard the thunder rumble from the clouds above her. The day certainly did not begin like this. To say that this weather was a surprise was an understatement. Her brand new sneakers were going to get soaked and her outfit was certainly not made for this weather. Life was full of surprises, didnât she know it. She wasnât even close to her dorm before the thunder became accompanied by heavy rain.
Rhyme searched for anything to cover her head with anything, coming up short. However, in searching, she had caught sight of someone.
"Hey! Do you have an umbrella?
Zidane turned as he heard a girls voice. He was a bit confused on how she didnât hesitated on coming up to him when he realized that his tail was stuffed down his pants. Looking like a normal person got girls to ask him out on rainy day dates.
Zidane heard what she said after fantasizing. âAh, sorry I donât have one with me.â He glanced up at the sky. âI didnât expect this weather, I donât have too much further to go luckily.â He started to walk off as he realized she could go to his dorm room really quickly for his umbrella. âIf you want, we can head to my dorm really fast and I can walk to where you need to go?â
He didnât have much to do besides grocery shopping for his roommate and himself. They made sure they had snacks when the cafe was closed and if they didnât feel like leaving campus.Â
"Sure!" Rhyme answered quickly. Usually she'd take a second to consider her options but it  was wicked out and she was unequipped. "I'm heading for my dorm as well, actually! I'm in Oblivion!"Â

Adventure (Rhyme & Roxas)
Roxas sighed a little. âI donât know about you, but for me classes are almost done and clubs are over until next semâŚYou could make it to the place and back to your dorm room before curfew..â He looked at her for a moment tensed and then relaxed with a smile. âIâll go with you, I have been around for awhile so I know how it works.âÂ
Hale could already tell she was a first year. He didnât let her know he was as well. âYeah donât worry, best thing for you to do is relax. How about we head out now, I have a thing with a person later.âÂ
"Iâm Roxas, its nice to meet you Rhyme." He began to look down at his phone. "Donât worry, Iâm just a bit tired. Iâll be alright after some coffee, which we can get at the place." He nodded at the door for her to lead the way out and of course being a gentlemen.Â
"Really? That's nice of you, Roxas!" Rhyme suddenly smiled. That was a nice change of pace, she had to admit. It just went to show that sometimes a golden heart lies beneath a bit of coarse skin. Well, she also needed to remember that not everyone shared her enthusiasm and that was okay.

What's Wrong?
Rhyme smiled at the manâs acceptance as she sat down beside him. Enjoying the day was definitely a rare blessing and she appreciated every second of it. Having company certainly helped boost the benefits of it, Rhyme was not the biggest fan of taking things on by herself, especially in potential friend making situations such as these.Â
"Wait, did you say Shibuya? No way." Rhyme was astonished. Sheâd yet to meet someone who lived so close to her. For all she knew, they could have been neighbors! Shibuya was so big, after all. It was hard to get to know anyone, even if they were in all of your classes in grade school.Â
She put a hand on her chest and declared âIâm from Shibuya. What are the odds? Gosh, my nameâs Rhyme, by the way. Itâs nice to meet someone who I have something so big in common with!â
"Hmhm." He murmured in response to her inquiry, curious about why her voice changed pitch when his home was mentioned. Keeping his gaze on hers, he ran a hand through his hair while discovering she was from the same district as him. He did feel a little more uneasy after learning that bit of information, but just a little. The odds of him finding another from the same
"Iâm Neku. Neku Sakuraba." He said almost nonchalantly, looking back at the appealing view in front of him. Though he wouldnât reciprocate the same level of zest as Rhyme, the least Neku could do was introduce himself. "Nice to meet you too.. I guess."
"Neku. Noted. I won't forget such a nice name so quickly, I can promise you that!"
Rhyme smiled again at the simple greeting, glad that her attempt at a conversation was not denied. He was clearly not a man of many words, but that was more than okay. It was against her nature to just drink in the day with a silence like this, but merely having the pleasure company on such a pretty day was enough for her. She looked ahead in the same manner as he did and took a deep breath of the warm air.Â
ooc; My dad's in the hospital and I won't be on for a few days! Sorry about any threads I owe or will owe while I'm gone. My dad's going to be fine but I just can't handle a whole lot of anything right now so my rp accounts are kinda going to have to suffer for a day or two because family is #1 on my priorities.Â
Have a lovely week and weekend guys
Winter~(Ventus and Rhyme)
Rhyme raised her eyebrows and her face grew crimson. Did he just say cute? This was especially unfortunate considering Rhyme could hardly hide that she has a good hand while playing cards, let alone in a situation like this where sheâs caught off-guard. She repressed the urge to hide her face in her hands and thanked God that the waiter set down the drinks when he did. She took a moment to gather herself as the coffee cooled.
She smiled and added to the conversation, âI wish I was good at sports. My brother was on the swimming team very briefly in his school but letâs just say heâs not great at committing.â Rhyme shook her head and smiled at the memory, âYeah, like I said, I mainly got here on my good grades and I also won a few scholarships with some papers I wrote. Itâs bizarre how many rich kids are here! I mean, no offense to rich people, urghâ Rhyme laughed and shook her head.
"You know what I mean. Itâs just a change of pace."
Ventus laughed softly with Rhyme before he started to take small sips from his coffee. The taste was more than enough to surpass in his usual grading. The blonde only wondered how many people would be here after the submission to the paper was publish.
"Mmm.. well the good ending is that you got here after all. Money seems to find itâs own way into peopleâs pockets." The blonde laughed once more. "Iâm pretty sure you can find something to be good at, sports-wise. Probably not a Winter sport, but maybe something in the Spring or Summer. And as long as you do a little bit of exercise you wonât have to worry about sports and we can stick to the couch and watching movies, but thereâs no need to worry about exercise. Not when you walk at least 2 miles in such a big school like this." Ventus joked once more.
Rhyme laughed, nearly snorting. "Yeah I'd say. The campus is so huge! Of course none of my classes can be in the same building."
She took a sip of coffee and grinned. This stuff was good. It was quite nice being able to relax like this and not have to worry about papers or other homework. She set her drink down.

Winter~(Ventus and Rhyme)
"Yeah, honestly. If it werenât for my grades, I probably wouldnât even be able to afford tuition! But hey, considering the buildings and professors, itâs worth it."
Rhyme was taken aback once again by Ventus ordering for her. Was this guy for real? She could definitely get used to these manners. If he acted this kind with basic strangers, she was excited to see how great heâd be as an actual friend. It certainly helps that he is easy on the eyes, Rhyme almost audibly giggled. Either way, she didnât feel so shy around Ventus. It was good to have someone with whom she could just chill instead of having to constantly think before she spoke.Â
"This is really fun, by the way. Iâm really glad we came here."
Ventus blushed more but smiled at Rhyme and scratched the back of his head a bit. âIâm really glad youâre having fun, cause so am I. Bumping into you will probably have to earn a star in my journal.â The blonde laughed softly.
The rose tint of his features began to fade as conversation dragged on. âSo here I am, sitting with a cute girl who also seems to be extremely smart. I wouldnât have gotten in if it werenât for joining the swimming team back when I did, and with the grades and all but the swimming team did most of it.â The boy smiled as he continued to speak until their orders finally came in.
Rhyme raised her eyebrows and her face grew crimson. Did he just say cute? This was especially unfortunate considering Rhyme could hardly hide that she has a good hand while playing cards, let alone in a situation like this where she's caught off-guard. Winter~(Ventus and Rhyme)
"Ahh, a coffee and maybe some tomato soup sounds good. I agree with you there, Iâm not a huge fan of that fancy stuff." Rhyme scrunched her face up in feigned disgust.
"I prefer the basics. Why spend more on something thatâll be gone in a few minutes anyway?" She inquired with a small giggle. "Us college kids arenât exactly made of money."
Ventus laughed softly at her reply. âItâs true though. Totally true. Fancy schools basically empty out our pockets.â The blonde laughs a bit more until a person walks up to their table, notepad and pen in hand, dressed up not too exceedingly fancy but casually professional. Ventus goes over the menu quickly in confirmation and orders both his and Rhymeâs choice.
After the waiter left, Ventus took another glance around the cafe. It certainly looked like he was going to be coming here more often on free times. Then he looked to Rhyme. And maybe if she wanted to keep accompanying me, it will be even better. The blonde thought to himself. Even though they just met, Ventus liked her. The admittance caused him to blush very lightly.
"Yeah, honestly. If it weren't for my grades, I probably wouldn't even be able to afford tuition! But hey, considering the buildings and professors, it's worth it."
Rhyme was taken aback once again by Ventus ordering for her. Was this guy for real? She could definitely get used to these manners. "This is really fun, by the way. I'm really glad we came here."
What's Wrong?
"Oh, um!" Rhyme was embarrassed that she hadnât thought that the guy was listening to music. She just sort of assumed he wasnât paying attention. Perhaps this guy just fell under the âenjoys sitting aloneâ category, but she figured sheâd give it a shot. Otherwise, sheâd probably think all day about what wouldâve happened if sheâd talked to this kid.
"Hi?" She figured that was as good of a start as any. "I was just asking if you were alright, I meanâŚitâs not very often people sit out here by themselves, you know?" She smiled a little. "Mind if I sit?"
Although Neku didnât verbally indicate that he minded her company, he certainly didnât deny it either. Instead, he paused for a moment, contemplating whether or not engaging in a conversation with her was a great idea, since he did want to be alone. But, considering it was a great day so far, and the tranquil vibe and the- what the hell.Â
Fingers grasped the device hanging from his neck tightly as he moved to one side of the bench. Neku looked up at the sky, but brought his hand up to block the sun rays. âIâm alright. Iâm not used to enjoying the⌠day like this. You donât really take time to appreciate these types of things-â He brings down his arm and looks at Rhyme, speaking softly, â-in Shibuya.â
Rhyme smiled at the man's acceptance as she sat down beside him. Enjoying the day was definitely a rare blessing and she appreciated every second of it. Having company certainly helped boost the benefits of it, Rhyme was not the biggest fan of taking things on by herself, especially in potential friend making situations such as these.Â

please excuse the ooc post
but I got food poisoning yesterday and I won't be able to reply until tomorrow. Honestly, looking at the computer for too long even makes me nauseous so I'm just going to put this out there instead of trying to post.
What's Wrong?
Rhyme came back from class, relieved that they were over. She was happy to just drink in the sunlight and enjoy the rest of the day in silence. Maybe she could catch the lacrosse game later, but right now she could just watch a movie or two and relax.Â
All of a sudden, something caught her attention. Someone was sitting on the bench alone, their head hung low. Maybe they were just tired (or liked sitting alone?), but Rhyme was not the kind of girl to take that chance. She approached the person.
"Hey, are you alright?" she inquired with a small tone of concern.
The day was nice and the need to get out and enjoy the silence was inevitable. After dealing with certain snobby acquaintances, Neku felt like he deserved some time to himself, to enjoy the fresh air and warmth. So Neku set out to find a vacant bench and until a girl approached him. The blonde didnât give off vibes like the previous college students he had encountered, so he figured he could at least reply to her, and know what she wanted.
"You say something?" He inquired, turning down the volume on his MP3.
"Oh, um!" Rhyme was embarrassed that she hadn't thought that the guy was listening to music. She just sort of assumed he wasn't paying attention. Winter~(Ventus and Rhyme)
Rhyme shook her head, laughing to herself about the boyâs kindness. Back where she came from manners were optional. Ventus seemed to have it come naturally to him, which was very refreshing. She took a seat and scooted in, waiting for Ventus to take his seat. She glanced at the menu for  anything that sounded appetizing.Â
"So the foodâs good here, Ven?" She asked as her eyes loosely scanned down the options.Â
"I heard that the food was pretty good." Ventus replied before sitting in his seat and scooting in. "Hmm.. I was thinking of just getting a churro with a coffee. They have more complicated coffees here too I see, but Iâve never really seen the difference between all of those." He speaks as he looks over the menu then propping his arm up on the table and holds his head up upon it.
"What are you thinking?"
"Ahh, a coffee and maybe some tomato soup sounds good. I agree with you there, I'm not a huge fan of that fancy stuff." Rhyme scrunched her face up in feigned disgust.
