Millennials become dependent on technology to the point that it is an inseparable part of our life, and eventually mirrors us.  I was inspired to do this shoot thinking that technology can be a metaphor to us, millennials. We are labeled as a ‘problematic generation’ and some of us are undesired by the society—a glitch in the system.

However, as I researched more on the definition of glitch, it is more of a fault that corrects itself, that it is a short-lived temporary condition in the system. For me, this clearly describes us as millennials—although we are seen problematic and not seen taking the right track by the society, we try our best to correct ourselves, maybe not immediately, but eventually. With a perspective that our problems are just temporary, I believe that we could be a better generation as we try to improve ourselves, just how technology is seen to improve as time passes by.
