Always an enjoyer of the arts, Magda truly enjoyed visiting the theatre, sheâd enjoyed acting as a child and had been an avid member of her high schools theatre club. Into her adulthood, however, she hadnât quite found the time to pursue such a hobby, especially with recent events in her life. Alas, a trip to watch a play would settle that lingering craving to perform on stage once more, although the flyers advertising open auditions were tempting.    Ticket for that evenings production of Chicago secured, she wandered around the box office as she waited for the crowd to filter through, eyes lingering on posters for upcoming shows the theatre was to put on, smiling at those she recognised and making a mental note to read up on those she didnât.    A tap on her shoulder and she turned, eyes widening before a gesture down alerted her to the fact she was actually standing on someoneâs dropped ticket. A hand splayed across her chest in surprise âoh my! I am so sorry I had no idea!â she moves the offending foot and crouches down to pluck it from the floor, dusting it off politely before offering it back to them, her eyes narrowing a little as they regarded their face âwell Iâll be, do I know you? You look mighty familiarâŚâ Regardless if she did or not, Magda made it a point to know everyoneâs name, and the easiest way to do so was to introduce herself to everyone she met.
They werenât exactly sure what to expect in Salem, but this place definitely didnât disappoint with the local attractions. While they werenât exactly rolling in dough, Ollie had enough money saved up to get them by for quite awhile. It was enough that allowed them to be able to settle in and eventually find a place to pick up work. However, until then, they planned on exploring and seeking out new areas, anything to keep the burden of a painful past at a distance. Ollie had caught wind of this Neverland Theatre a short while after rolling into town. Particularly because of the play that was to be presented on stage.  Chicago immediately caught his attention as it was one) where he had grown up and two) it was an overall entertaining performance. Heâd only seen it maybe two times before-- one of the times being on DVD. What Ollie hadnât expected was his dropped ticket landing beneath the unsuspecting foot of another guest. With a rather gentle tap on the shoulder, ghost of a touch that was enough to draw attention, a soft smile appeared as he pointed toward the fallen item. The surprised look on her face was amusing to him but he kept that aspect to himself, biting back the urge to smile. âItâs no problem,â Ollie reassured, taking up the ticket and politely folding it away in his jacket pocket. âThis place is so packed, I should have been more careful to begin with.â There was a soft lilt of laughter in his tone, more so laughing at himself for his own clumsiness. âJust glad your foot was able to keep it in place, anyhow. Saved the headache of having to buy another one.â There was a brief moment of pause as he absorbed what sheâd said to him. Had they ever encountered each other before? She wasnât a face he recognized, and he would have certainly remembered her if they had been formally introduced, but, at the same time, maybe theyâd walked past each other at some point? Nah. Definitely not. She seemed to be someone who was too hard to forget. âUhh... I donât think weâve ever met before? Pretty sure Iâd remember you if we had,â he mused, raising an eyebrow. With a shrug, Ollie gave her a nod, before saying, âIn any case, Iâm Oliver Reid. Just call me Ollie though. Itâs nice to meet you.â
