The project of the association is based on two components: one technical , the other ethical . The first intends to promote, produce even today, a material really adapted to the cycling practice that is his own, efficient and focused on a real value for money; the second militates in every way to affirm the major role of cycling: that of travel and discovery, the meeting of others and the improvement of living together. In the end, beyond the simple leisure environment to which it could be limited, the Brotherhood of the 650 wants to be an association engaged on the social and political plan in a broad sense.
