Introducing #crunchyboy our new lumpia concept for 626 Night Market. We had a blast feeding the Night Market team last night (while Skrillex was practicing his Coachella set downstairs LOL)! We introduced Lincoln's La Sri Racha Macha sauce. The Crunchy Boy flavors we served: traditional Filipino, butternut squash kale pecan, pulled pork Carolina BBQ, lemongrass chicken basil, and Ube on a bed of green tea whip.

It was a huge blessing to be interviewed by Rich Kaarlgard the Publisher of Forbes Magazine and sharing the stage with the Founders of Portola Coffee Lab. My favorite author Malcolm Gladwell spoke first, and we went on right after Ariana Huffington. In a room with over a thousand business professionals and entrepreneurs, we had an opportunity to change the conversation on success. We talked about how Love transforms who we are, and how it is an effective foundation for business growth. More importantly how we want to change the conversation about food, about family, and about living more authentically and real. We took a fluffy and misunderstood word called Love, and turned it into a tangible and effective way to do business. It's who we are. It's what we do.

[ANNOUNCEMENT] Super excited for our next Burgers and Beats event! We will be donating our proceeds to Today's Future Sound. This Oakland based org uses music production and DJing as a way to mentor and educate under served youth in urban cities around the world. Stay tuned!!!
