btw this is front of mind tonight because i heard him yelling at her about an hour ago and then he very clearly slammed the door to her crate, likely to intentionally scare her, before locking her in it for an hour. i just heard her get let out and she's running around now

hearing the way my upstairs neighbor treats his dog makes me feel sick to my stomach and i want to do something but he's not physically harming the dog (as far as i know), so i feel like there's not really anything i can do. i just hear him raise his voice and yell at her a lot and stuff... and then of course there's the fact that he's keeping a german shepherd locked in a crate for 8+ hours most days... idk, what would y'all do?
