Did anyone else feel bad for Arnold in "Married"? Not only was Arnold against marrying Helga, but in his nightmare, he had a miserable life being married to her. Considering that show creator Craig Bartlett does imagine them getting married and having kids together, I really hope Helga does continue with her therapy and becomes a better person over the years! If she doesn't, Arnold's nightmare would practically come true, and he doesn't deserve that! That said, it was satisfying to see Arnold stand up for himself and call Helga out for her behavior at the end of the nightmare. I also appreciated Rhonda apologizing to Arnold for troubling him.

I love seeing how different people perceive Helga in different ways, it kind of reminds me of real life, despite the fact that everyone sees the same version of Helga on the screen. For instance, I personally perceive her more on the softer, passionate, vulnerable side while also having that side acknowledgment of her bold attitude on the outside. But on the other hand, I see other people perceive her as more brute and aggressive naturally. I don’t think any way is wrong, I just find it so fascinating that depending on who you are, you see a different version of her. That also tells me just how complex of a character she is. :)
