Sorry, but I don't understand why it's worth blaming Otto for anything that happened to Alicent or celebrating his demise. Viserys has just as much role in Alicent's abuse, Otto was solely an enabler. Alicent isn't the only woman who's been forced to bare kids either and Otto dying isn't going to stop the cycle of abuse that happens in King's Landing.
