I can imagine that would be for the best...I'm unsure how I would react if I crossed paths with another me. Best to stick to your own journey, and it seems you're doing just that by following a new quest. Might I ask what it is?
Ah...well, that's a tricky one. In my timeline, the current Warlords are Buggy, Shanks, Blackbeard, and Strawhat Luffy. Kaido was felled not long after Big Mom after being worn down by the trio of Kid, Trafalgar, and Strawhat, eventually losing to Luffy at the end. Whitebeard...hm. He was killed in a war in Marineford and his power was taken by Blackbeard. But now that timelines seem to be tangled, I've heard tell that he's around? So odd.
The Marines require being kept busy, and we are happy to oblige! I proudly crew with one of them, the "Massacre Soldier" Killer. The other is first mate to Strawhat, "Pirate Hunter" Roronoa Zoro.
*he grins mischievously* Do you happen to know of the Poneglyphs?
🌪We got an eternal pose to Elbaf of all places from some weird "Smiles" guy. Said there's a library there that can help us get home

A worthy quest, indeed! And there's nothing wrong with being a nerd :} many would argue that power is power, but knowledge is such a fantastic tool, and a dangerous weapon in certain hands.
Eheh, indeed he did. A hard-fought win, for certain. It was a raid of several thousand allies up against six times the numbers amongst the Beast Pirates. It took all of us keeping the rabble at bay just so our captains could tear down the two Warlords.
It was intense! I didn't see all of what went on, but witnessing Kaido in his dragon form was chilling.
Yes, Whitebeard fell in a war that broke out between he and the Marines when they decided to publicly execute Portgas D. Ace. But it seems each man still lives in some capacity now??

Well, that's a handy trick...ah, but yes! Those very Poneglyphs. On the path to discovering the One Piece, their decoding is a critical part of finding the way there. But no, we didn't steal the stone itself...that would have been quite the heist! We instead snuck in and took a rubbing of what had been chiseled into it. Much easier to get away with.
