You know since I've sort of poked back over to Tumblr after being inactive for a hot second (I'm sorry, I'm very bad at being active on social media sites in general; augh I need to update my About Me and other associated pages but oh well whatever I don't have those spoons right now), I figured that I might as well share a WIP of some 权引 art I was making. I realized I never uploaded + shared these, but these were both supposed to be for an imperial adopt I had planned (created around September 2020) but then never released due to getting discouraged. The first one was made for the dragon to be sold as an art dragon but was then exalted, and the second one was for a traveling dragon that left my lair quite some time ago. I don't know if I'll ever actually fully release this as an adopt you can buy, but in the meantime have these, I guess.

I made this around December 17, 2022; I think I spent like 30 minutes on this. I just kinda created it quickly for one of my new Khimeros G1s / Gold Overlays that I managed to get, and wanted a logo for lore reasons! (My intention was for it to kind of resemble / look like those old-school horror films or something, haha.)

(Note: It looks like the character has changed ownership at this point from the original receiver of the artwork, worth pointing out.)

[Autism Acceptance Month] Gorrik
So last year I really wanted to draw Gorrik for Autism Acceptance Month since he is canonically autistic! Unfortunately last year I didn't get my image done in time to post during April (I finished this on May 9, 2020, with a few revisions done to it this month), so I just decided I'd wait until the next year to post it and... that's now! Hurrah!
I thought it'd be a lot of fun to draw Gorrik with his original entourage of bug friends that he appears with! He happens to be one of my personal favorites of the cast - as a fellow bug-lover, I really appreciate his enthusiasm and love for bugs! And we also have him to thank for the awesome roller beetle mount (Petey is such a delight) too, so here's my image in appreciation of such a wonderful character! :D
NOTE: Eventually I plan to release a timelapsed video of me creating this image, but that may take some time, so stay tuned! Also, the deviantART / fullsize version will be commented in the comments, so look out for that!
