November recap: just hard work and Thanksgiving eating took place in November. Treadmill walking with random incline levels followed by leg raises and a kettlebell routine working my chest, arms, shoulders.

October recap: we’re all moved in to the new house 🏠🤠. Started off the month on hotel treadmills and ended the month on our treadmill in our“work in progress” home gym. Impressed with the Horizon 7.8AT treadmill as a first time buyer, the fitness store salesman really sold me on the maintenance pkg included. The atZone app syncs with Strava and my Apple Watch keeping me informed with data for tracking.

September recap: staying consistent, we didn’t do any traveling since we’re moving into a new home. I did change up my dumbbell routine and added leg raises for increased core strength. Fall is here so I may get outdoors for some walk/runs 😃
