hi, you can just call us...the animals or something idk. we're a newly discovered system. we are still figuring so much out, so please dont count on us to know everything about ourselves.

please do not interact with us if you're a weirdo who likes to police other systems/plural folk. we support endo systems and the like. we ourselves came from trauma - we suspect DID or OSDD, not sure which one - but we do not think we, or anyone, have the authority to dictate what someone else's personal experiences are.

we were originally trying to just list every alter we have, but turns out that's complicated in such early stages of discovery - we have a few "maybe alters" where we arent fully sure of their existence or much about them yet, and we certainly have alters we are not yet noticing or that are not yet ready to be seen as separate. so we'll just introduce you to the main guys that you'll most likely see around.

and it doesnt hurt you either, if you're healthy about it and addressing the needs and emotions of your parts/alters (whether they are "real" or not, because either way, singularly or plural-ly, those are Your needs and emotions) and not just shoving them away (which would be bad for you whether it is alters or just you). whether you view yourself as plural or single does not change the core of what you are doing to recover - acknowledging the needs and feelings of yourself or parts of yourself and working to meet them

DID/OSDD/UDD form as a coping mechanism, ultimately. so i don't see why it'd hurt to realise "oh, this isn't actually what i have going on, ive been doing this as a coping mechanism". in fact, i don't think it's harmful to keep using it as a coping mechanism, "real" or not, diagnosable or not. if it helps you to be multiple people then it helps. i really don't get the fear and discourse around people faking it (faking is intentional and conscious anyway, most people do not fit that box) or even just being mistaken. it is okay to be mistaken

this is an anonymous account to post about system/plural stuff. we are very newly discovered so as a result a lot is subject to change here, we are still figuring things out while in an environment that is NOT good for that so please bear with us

we will not follow you if you engage in tons of syscourse. we are a traumagenic system, but we fully accept and support endos/willos/nondisordered systems/all forms of plurality - we think it's shitty to try and dictate someone else's lived experiences.

here's a brief list of everyone we know of so far. names are obviously codenames to keep up the anonymity. most of our posts will be made by me (dog, the host), i am permanently somewhere in front it seems so im usually here in some capacity. but the other guys may post on here too.

🐕 dog - it/he - host. always fronting in some way. the denial guy

🐺 wolf - it/its - soft, affectionate, literally a wolf. some sort of mood booster, positive emotion holder, boyfriend lover and also seems to force us to rest lol

🐈 cat - they/them - probably a middle or young teen, soother, emotional protector, de-escalates stress/emotional spirals

🦔 hedgehog - he/him - frustration/anger holder, protector, first alter we discovered before we even knew that's what that was.

🐶 puppy - it/he - little, probably won't post here

🐦‍⬛crow - he/it - newly discovered, not super sure what his deal is, not 100% sure if he exists yet tbh
