Parks and botanical gardens can meet this requirement most days, but access to deep reservoirs of iron to feed upon should be available to your buddy at least once a month. During and after feeding, Aggron can become somewhat aggressive and protective over their food source, so be prepared to give him a little space, preferably outdoors. 

Overall, Aggron ought to spend a lot of time around plant life, especially trees. This is because of the oxygen that photosynthesis produces; it, well, oxidizes the metals in Aggron’s system, removing some energy and calming them down. The effect is enjoyed by the species so much that they have developed a caretaker role over the ecosystem in their territories. Planting some trees in your backyard to be your Aggron’s own will be really appreciated by him.
