         he points , eyes bulging .          ‘  THAT’S BLOOD ! you’ve got BLOOD on you !  ’

          ‘  the kid , he just - !  ‘      royd reaches out again , tugging on the boys arm perhaps a little too hard .           ‘  he likes to run off ; SORRY ABOUT THAT !  ’

           ‘  WAIT !  i dropped my teddy back there ; we HAVE to go back !  ’
