I’ve certainly considered it, but you know how it is around here. Everyone is equal and everyone has the same worth and ability. It’s stupid. Some people just can’t do some things. Simple as that. 

Even if they are a danger to themselves and others? Doesn’t seem like fair and equal treatment to me. Seems just plain dangerous. It’s like trying to perform a high level cheer stunt when you first start cheering. You shouldn’t. It isn’t helpful to you and it’s not at all helpful to the team.
