Conspicuously Padded Kitchen

I requested a discord server I'm in to give me their favorite ships and this was one of those responses. I drew them in the first pose I could think of and with the first background that came to mind because a. when I first started the art, I had no wifi to look up pose references, and

b. I think the ocean is cool and I should work on improving my background art, anyway.

The lighting still sucks though, unfortunately, so that's also something I should practice some time.

Anyways, that's enough of me rambling. Here's the art! Two with that awful rendering and one with no background or lighting at all.

I need more practice... Hopefully, I'll do better with the next piece.

It's finally done.

I definitely struggled with this one the most. From concepts and designs to the pose, it was really hard to get it pinned down. Then, when I finally had it in me do draw it, I (almost) did! And now, it's here! Actually here!

It's in the same line of doodles as the Nutmeg Tiger and Black Sapphire I doodled well before this were (same au, three minions take their masters' Soul Jams). While I didn't add the Soul Jam in this one, I think my friend and I agreed it would probably be embedded into Pavlova's bow. That's if I'm recalling correctly.

At some point, I thought I might have needed to make a second version of this (and I actually started to at some point) but, in all honesty, I'm actually quite happy with how this turned out. Is it perfect? No, but I'm satisfied with the work and perfectionism is a trap anyway.

As for the design I was working on, I don't feel the need to work on it anymore. I didn't get far with it, anyway (as you'll see here), so that's where it'll likely stay.

Woah clean line art that's CRAZY! Anyways, this is Soft Butter Cookie! She's in an idol group a friend of mine is making! I also have on-stage outfit ideas, too, which I doodled in mspaint.

No, unfortunately, it is not Pavlova Cookie yet. The idea and motivation slipped by me as I started on the line art and this drawing pad isn't exactly helping, either (Only five months in and it's having connection issues? Sighs). However! The Pavlova does exist and I very much wish to finish it. Here's hoping I can uh... figure out which brush I was using for the lines...

Anyways, I might post something else today (if I remember to and if the wifi isn't shut off again when I remember to). Considering the time at which I'm posting this, however, I may need to set a timer if I want to accomplish that goal.

It's stuck in my head...

I originally got this requested to me by a friend and, while I did have a little colored doodle of it, I wanted to try drawing it in my own personal style. I suck at lighting and shading (and drawing in general) but the urges were far stronger as this has been living rent free in my head for some time now. Anyway, get Shadow Miku Beam'd.
