“This guy lives at Junk and Disorderly in Auckland. If you're ever in NZ I recommend checking them out. They have the oddest stuff. I didn't buy him but I hope that someone does!” (Is it just me, or does he look like a scary naked Paul Lynde? Photo of Paul Lynde added for comparison.)

“Loved the lamp, couldn’t get past the teeth so there he stayed”

“Saw this lovely in a vintage store in Medford, OR. My daughter said, ‘Um, mom? There's a lamp over here. It's not really my aesthetic but I think you'll like it’. She was right.”

Hiding in plain sight
Thrift finds: a shabby little ~1930s half doll figurine, resting atop an old handmade doll quilt. Looks like Puss n’ Boots on the embroidered panel.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted any of my own photos on Haze Dolly! Here’s a recent-ish thrift store find: a Raggedy Ann with flippy eyelids, by Bobbs-Merrill. There is a battery compartment and a little lightbulb sticking out the top of her head (she was designed as a nightlight).
