Existing was pretty swell, 4545 had to say. Seeing, hearing, experiencing was something too many people took for granted--and now, he had mobility! The tiny robot  had been gleefully  wheeling around the castle all day, analyzing the statistics for just about everyone he found in the castle. It was during his excursion that he caught sight of someone who was supposed to be a rare find around the castle.

How did they they meet?

Just started a thread concerning this but essentially it happen back when Chlomaki was still Nadine. She somehow managed to get into the witch world--was perhaps drawn to it. After repeated returns Daimajo took notice of her and since she was a rarity, decided to investigate.

Who developed romantic feelings first?

Honestly there is no way Daimajo would develop feelings for Nadine. Just no way whatsoever. I can see Nadine getting like....a savior/celebrity type crush on Daimajo for a short while but that would be the extent of it.

I’ll try and answer the questions as if they did under some unfathomable situation because otherwise I’m going to be saying the exact same thing for every one of these questions...but yea. Either way it would definitely have been Nadine first.

Who is their biggest “shipper?”

Daimajo’s crow?? No one, really.

When did they have their first kiss and under what circumstances?

Nadine served as Daimajo’s familiar for a while, and then her apprentice. I think sometime during there she may have kissed her hand and many years down the line they progressed towards more physical things.

Who confessed their feelings first?

Nadine.

What was their first official date?

Perhaps Daimajo showing Nadine one of her favorite worlds? A busy woman like Daimajo wouldn’t get a lot of time off for dates though.

How do they feel about double dates/group dates?

I don’t think either are all that for it. Daimajo prefers to quiet and Nadine probably feels awkward showing any sort of affection around other people.

What do they do in their down time?

Doubt Daimajo has down time. She has a world to run. A very chaotic one.

What was the first meeting of parents as an official couple like?

The closest thing either has to a parent is Nadine having Fumus and uh. Yea. That meeting probably isn’t happening. Or I’m sure it already has rather.

What was their first fight over and how did they get past it?

I....I don’t know. Nadine might have gotten upset at how nonreactive Daimajo is? Like Chlomaki we have seen to not really be the one to display her affection all that much but Daimajo would be like ten times worse.

Which one is more easily made jealous?

Neither.

What is their favourite thing to get to eat?

Seafood.

Nadine.

Eeeehh not in particular.

Daimajo is the ruler of her world. They have that taken care of them by servents---then again Daimajo might make Nadine do it while she is still in the familiar/apprentice phrase so she can learn to be independent.

Daimajo.

Oh dear lord. Nadine I guess...? But even if they were together I don’t think Daimajo would accept. She’s gonna outlive her by a longshot so I imagine she would see this relationship as transient and so wouldn’t want to tie Nadine to her.

How did they they meet?

If and Chloe were born to the same village! I can’t recall if I ever asked you about Chloe’s exact origins, but I believe you said that her family was dead? Which means they lived under the same circumstances and were probably brought up communally by their village along with all the other children who’s parents had been killed. So they have pretty much always known each other.

Who developed romantic feelings first?

I honestly don’t know. I think it was probably just something that happened naturally over time. I can say Chloe probably realized them sooner than Since If is a dullard who somehow thinks she’s straight. As I play If she does care very much about finding that special someone, and going on dates and living a ‘normal’ life so I guess if I had to pick she’d be more likely to have developed them first, realized them second.

Who is their biggest “shipper?”

Remember that drabble I wrote about all their barracks mates? Everyone of them probably shipped it and wished If would get a clue.

When did they have their first kiss and under what circumstances?

HMMMM. I can imagine a scenario in which they are hunting and circumstances (probably hiding out or taking shelter from a big storm) keeps them locked up in so ramshackle shelter or cave for a while. And they cuddle for warmth and spend a long time talking and it just…happens.

Depends on when that kiss came! For that at least would finally be a wake up call to If but I think even then she’d be super confused and need time to sort her feelings out. After said kiss she’d eventually figure it out and could be the one, I suppose it depends on if Chloe would be patient enough to wait for her to do that xD

What was their first official date?

It would be hard for them to have dates given their duties, but maybe once in a blue moon they could take a break provided there are enough other hunters and guardiansto fill in for them.

It couldn’t have been anything fancy, maybe them just going out to eat in one of the few restaurants in town, or having a picnic (only Chloe cooks).

How do they feel about double dates/group dates?

They love it! It’s great to spend time with their friends, I think they all treasure each other very much because they know how easily any one of them can disappear.

What do they do in their down time?

Excluding hunt, guarding, and training….their downtime probably consists of reading, walking around,chatting, making fun of each other (especially Chloe to If for her terrible tastes in books). I don’t think there is really alot that they can do in terms of recreation since I feel the advancements of their home is heavily stunted by…..well….everyone being killed. They probably don’t have a lot of trade and communication with other places either due to travel being so difficult.

But they find ways to have fun still.

Uh. Well.

What was their first fight over and how did they get past it?

That’s hard. I’m sure there have been plenty of arguments over trivial things, and then some slightly more serious ones when it comes to how to approach select members of their enemies but…I honestly can’t see anything that would constitute a fight. Not with That Vampire Who Should Not Be Named outta the picture.

I guess….maybe how If handles her curse could be one? She can sometimes take some serious risks when it comes to trying to find a way to lift it since she’s in a huge hurry to do just that (especially if she and Chloe were to get together) whereas I think Chloe would want her to slow down and take a safer route. I think we’d need to discuss their dynamic pre turn more to figure this one out.

Which one is more easily made jealous?

I think both of them are very, very, very against that emotion towards relationships. Both have seen and know somewhat what it’s like to have someone be possessive over you from experience and seeing it happen. That said I think If would be the more likely of the two to get jealous, but she’d suck it up and get over it very quickly.

What is their favourite thing to get to eat?

SWEETS. Sugar is probably a huge luxury for their village and they don’t get to have anything sweet often. Whenever one of them gets a hold of anything sweet they always share, no matter how small.

If…..If really likes to cuddle….but she’s can be a fucking tsun and so doesn’t often admit to wanting it.

UHM. IF IS A VERY FRUSTRATED VIRGIN. VERY FRUSTRATED. But she imagines Chloe would want to wait on that so she wouldn’t say a thing until she’s certain Chloe is comfortable.

They switch? I have no idea how Chloe regards sex.

Probably the one I mentioned before.

DON’T LET IF FUCKING COOK. NEVER LET IF FUCKING COOK. SPOILERS, EVERYONE IN THEIR BARRACKS DIED BECAUSE OF HER COOKING, IT WASN’T THE DEMONS OR VAMPIRES.

She can do the shopping and cleaning though.

If isn’t SUPER messy by nature (she got that way after losing Chloe and all the others because depression does that to ya) but I think Chloe is still tidier.

Separate. Their friends pull them apart to throw parties for them that they are both embarrassed but amused by.

Small because hell it’s literally impossible to have a big one.

Do they have children? How many? 

   Nadine can’t say what draws her back to this place, over and over again. She’s walked this path so many times it seems like her feet carry her here automatically. Sometimes she finds herself here without meaning to; she slips away almost as if by accident.

    She should be training with the other angels right now, and she understands the consequences of her absence, but here– with the old, craggy trees casting strange shadows in the soft light of sunset, she feels… calm.

   God, Heaven, Power Angels. It all feels so far away here. As if it really has nothing to do with her.

   That must be why she keeps coming back.

   She’s lost in thought, wandering without a sense of direction of purpose, when she catches sight of the stranger in her path. She’s slow to react, but her first response is to freeze.

   Nadine feels less fear than she would have expected to, finding someone unfamiliar here. She supposes she should feel more like a trespasser– but there’s something in her heart that feels as if this place is hers. She belongs here as much as this person does; as much as anyone. 

   If anything, she feels more of a trespasser in Heaven.

It was quiet way out here beyond the concentric walls of the capital. To think that not to so far away was a place that was brimming with life, filled with chaos, containing folk from all walks of life. The old witch wondered how this stranger would react to finding that out. She doubted the other even knew where she was from the way she wandered aimlessly through the same path again and again.

She tilted her head, listening closely: some insects were chirping, but it wasn't anywhere near as loud as it should be. Was it the stranger that caused them to be quiet, to be cautious? Or was it her presence? Yes, not only the insect, the whole forest was atypically quiet. It made the approaching sound of footsteps that much easier to pick up, and when she heard them pause Daimajo raised her head, and opened her eyes.

She was a small thing, white eats, white tail with a melancholy look. She held herself stiffly and had eyes while bright in color, seemed near lifeless. A kitten that had strayed, but seemed in no hurry to return to where she had come from.

"Oh? And to where? You're far from any civilization here."

That wasn’t of particular concern to Daimajo. She was merely interested in assessing this little girl, her demeanor, her objective, what it was that both allowed her to return here, and made her choose to return here.

This wasn’t the first time that she had come here. Nothing happened here that the Great Witch didn’t take notice of, and she would have been especially negligent to not notice the presence of an angel of all things.

Those without witch blood or potential could not enter this enchanted world, and while she only ever appeared in its very outskirts, in the very same place, the fact that she could at all spoke volumes. That she was an angel, and thus connected to a God, even more so. It was a rare case indeed when one of those, or a demon drew away from their deity and connected more with the well of witch magic.

She wondered if this girl even realized what was happening herself.

At first Daimajo intended to observe but ignore her. While it only happened once in a blue moon, this wasn’t the first time an angel or demon had made their way here. Almost all the other times they eventually stopped appearing, or it was a one time thing altogether. It was only after the sixth time, and careful observation of this girl that Daimajo finally decided to intervene---something she made a point of rarely doing.

With a scritch under her familiar’s chin, and some whispered words Daimajo disappeared from her throne, reappearing at the end of the pathway the angel had so often traversed. It had been some time since she’d been out this way, but the angel had caught her interest. Her continued return, the melancholic expression, and sometimes she’d caught sight of a hastily hidden bruise or cut.

This one wasn’t going to disappear like all the others. There was a reason for her being here.

I think the hardest part would be coming up a setting for them to even meet. Red Wada is from the Dead Sea, and Hettie is from a city called Kaigne which is literally on a floating island. It’s a place that’s incredibly dangerous for witch’s specifically and if Wada were to ever go she’d like be captured by people there, and Hettie wouldn’t leave because she’s got a revolution to run.

The more likely scenario of the two would be Red Wada entering for whatever reason, and then Hettie and her crew releasing her because witches there are either killed or made subservient to power the city with a combination of magic and technology. Witches are pretty much forced into slave labor there.

Soooo. Hettie has probably seen more than one witch either completely broken or driven mad. Not quite in the way that Wada has been but I feel like either she’d try to hurry her out of the city or cast some of her enchantments on her to at least make her compliant so she doesn’t go around killing anyone.
