As far as I know, in Germany, ships carry the pronouns of what they're named after? So Imperator, a German ship, named for the emperor, would be he/him?

Even if im wrong about germany, ships being exclusively she/her is an American/British thing. Russia for example has lots of he/him ships, like Moskva.
