Dyle:

He was taken aback upon realizing he had fallen for you, since besides his occasional train rides outside Gardenview, he never interacted with humans. But the way your eyes sparkled in the lighting, the way your hair swayed in the breezes from the AC. And how peaceful you always looked laying under the Lobby Tree, it all just called to him in a way that made his heart pound in his chest.

Once realizing and confirming with Astro, since he can see into his dreams, that he was in fact in love, he became much more distant from you, never really gossiping that much to you anymore and refusing to make eye contact. Past a point you felt as though you did something wrong.

Truthfully, he was just afraid of how you'd react, I mean a HUMAN and a TOON??? It seemed so unorthodox, though he couldn't deny the love growing each time he saw you, and how it made his chest ache when he saw your defeated face as you walked past him, not even sparing him a wave.

Once working up the courage to tell you his feelings, he immediately went to you and brought you under the Lobby Tree, making sure nobody else was in the area, which thankfully all the others were either down Extracting or in their rooms.

Once telling you his feelings, in a big nervous blunder, both of his clock hands would be twitching with worry, fully expecting rejection, but feeling your arms envelop him and feeling you lift him up to hug him, returning his feelings. He swears he must've Twisted in his sleep and is living a pipe dream.

After you two get together, he is very romantic, to an almost cheesy extent. And since he has free range to leave Gardenview, he can schedule a train ride to damn near anywhere. And with you coming into his life he abuses the hell out of it.

He'll take you to the most romantic and scenic places the Trains can reach, laying with you or sitting with you, feeling your hand graze his always makes his clock hands stiffen and his chain twitch.

Your touch MELTS this man, he's been without anyone for pretty much his entire life besides Arthur and Delilah, so any touch and affection you give him will always fluster him right out of his train of thought. This carries into his Twisted too.

Overall Dyle knows he can't be the PERFECT lover for you due to sheer inexperience, but the fact that you don't care, makes him not care.

TWISTED Dyle on the other hand is a whole new can of worms. He probably wouldn't recognize you at first, but after taking a second and looking at you, pinned under his clawed hand. He knows that voice, he knows that face, those eyes... It's you.

He would be terrified to interact with you as a Twisted, afraid he'll lose control of his rage or that he might accidentally hurt you with this new serpentine form of his. But you don't seem to mind it.

CUDDLE HIM. He won't admit it but your cuddles keep him sane, feeling your warmth against his Ichor-ridden body seems to always calm him down to a point where, besides his appearance, it seems like normal ol' Dyle.

If you find him on the actual Floor he's on, he'll urge you not to leave, protecting you from other Twisteds, who by the third time would learn not to fuck with you, and he'd do everything to make sure you're well taken care of. All to keep you with him. He couldn't bare losing you, or himself, ever again.

This new large form he's taken means if you ever convince the others to let Dyle back into Gardenview's main communal area, it would mean you and him would be the only two in the elevator for a while since he can't fit in there with everyone else.

On a floor with you and other Toons, you're the one who stays near him, much to everyone else's horror as they watch you walking calmly with not just any Twisted but a LETHAL TWISTED at that. And watching Dyle just leave a claw open for you to hold. Everyone was so confused. Especially when you chose not to come back up.

Shrimpo:

He genuinely thought he was losing it when he thought of you in a way that DIDN'T make him angry.

He stayed in his room for WEEKS not letting anyone, especially YOU, near him.

He punched his punching bag til his knuckles bled, wrote til his pencils broke, and even bashed his head against the wall until he got a migraine but nothing he was doing was working. He sat in his room confused, and for once, not taken up by anger.

You definitely stood out to Shrimpo as being the ONLY person to actually want to hang around him, and LIKE his presence.

Once realizing the feeling wasn't going away, he just punched the wall in acceptance, storming out of his room and into an Elevator. Alone.

He returned a few hours later with a bag full of various items from candies you like to Bottles of Pop and even a few hundred Tapes! All for you.

He left them by your door, banging harshly on it and waiting for you to open the door to find Shrimpo strangely standing there with the assorted bag of goodies. You took it almost shocked as he huffed in irritation, saying something about his brain not working right and how he hates it.

Then he let it slip.

"And I hate my brain not working right! IT REALLY PISSES ME OFF! BUT WHAT PISSES ME OFF MORE IS THE FACT THAT I HATE HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU!"

He covered his mouth, looking down in sheer rage, expecting you to say no or berate him or never hang around him again, but instead he heard you rustle the bag onto your bed and drag Shrimpo into your room, giving him the tightest hug you could and peppering his face in kisses. He'd say how much he hates it, but one kiss to his lips and his tail would stiffen up, his face getting red and his voice silent.

From then on he would slip crudely drawn love drawings under your door, and then later claim they definitely weren't his, because he hates drawing. But he always signs the backs of them when he slips them to you. He'd practice hugs on his punching bag, and then beat it brutally when you walk in to check on him, claiming he's practicing to fight you. But he never hits you that hard anymore.

Dates for you two are either wrestling (that ends up in a different context later), or going down to Extract, with both of you being basically a power duo.

Shrimpo has boxed Twisteds off of you before, and you've done the same for him.

Though on floors with Main Twisteds, you usually find yourself keeping the two of you hidden and then scooping Shrimpo up in your arms to run you both into the elevator.

Overall Shrimpo is your chaotic little gremlin and you're his lover who always manages to make him, for once in his life, feel happy.
