But [the Habs] are no stranger to late game heroics lately. Montreal has had a few thrilling moments this week, but none bigger than Nick Suzuki's overtime winner against the Panthers. It even had Martin St. Louis taking a moment to soak it in before leaving the bench.

I asked him earlier today what was it about this moment that made him stop and take a beat right here and really embrace it?

He said because the celebration was right in front of him, normally it's down in the corner or down at the other end. And those are moments he loves to watch.

In fact, when he does video work he'll actually find the celebrations and see how guys interact with each other on the bench after a winning goal.

He said this time of year you're squeezing so much, moments like that bring a little bit of the juice back.
