A zesty, spicy mustard sauce makes these garlic parmesan fries even better. They're a tasty snack or side dish that you can't stop eating.
Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, cut into fries. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon honey. 1 teaspoon hot sauce. 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Put the potato fries in a large bowl and mix them with the olive oil, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese until they are well covered. Place the fries on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they are all in one layer. Add pepper and salt. Fries should be baked in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy. Put the spicy mustard sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix them together. Add the honey, hot sauce, paprika, and Dijon mustard. Put the spicy mustard sauce on the side so that you can dip the hot fries in it. Have fun!
