MY LUCKY STRIKE #13

Well it’s official, Gaze of the Time Father has been approved for publishing and is set to release in late January. I’ll have a book tour to do along with it to promote the book. In the meantime, I can relax. Probably won’t. Maybe jot down a few ideas for the last book.  But it’s a huge weight I don’t have to think about for a while.

That’s fantastic, Russell! What are you going to do now with all the free time?

Nice to meet you, Harvey. I’ve always wondered what it would be like to have a fan. Hopefully nothing as scary as some make it seem.

Scary? Oh dear Austen no, I just want to know everything about you that’s all!

I’ve been abandoned! My beloved sisters are all off venturing the world... without me! I’ve been so lonely..

NO, I don’t have an evil twin running around. Nor some doppelgänger who had the opportunity to choose anything but red hair. You’re not hallucinating either. A trip to the salon and I’m now a changed man. Surprise. Well, just my hair. Although, I do feel different whenever I look in the mirror. I wonder how long it’s going to take in order to get used to it – probably in a few weeks, right when the color will disappear.  

An odd request but will you be my adopted brother?

Yes! I get excited thinking about going back to school. What are you excited about?

So many things! There are so many things that make me happy right now I think I can just burst with joy. What are you going back to school for, if I may ask?

Don’t we all? That’s how you know you truly appreciate something, I think.

I remembered about the cotton candy tower that Penelope bought for me the other day and I got so re-happy! It was very delicious.

Like, you forgot about something you were excited about and then remembered it again? A double hype?

Yes! It’s like the excitement you felt originally doubled up and you get so excited about being excited that you get excited for that too! Then you just want to bust a moveeee~
