I have thought about this a lot and my conclusion is that you should always leave while people still want more of you, always leave on your own terms before the terms are decided for you, and leave room for future connections (avoid burning bridges).

The calm that comes from never being late is its own form of confidence and the impression it creates over time of someone who has their life sufficiently together to be where they said they would be before they said they would be there is one of the cheapest and most effective things you can do for how you are perceived.
I am extremely deliberate about what exists of me online. What you post, what you are tagged in, what you comment on, what you like publicly, what can be found by someone who is looking, all of it is context and framing and it is being read by people you have not met yet who will form opinions about you based on it before you ever have the opportunity to make a first impression in person. I treat my digital presence the way I treat my physical appearance, as something that communicates my standards and my self assessment to the world and therefore something worth being extremely intentional about.

The moment I feel like I am about to slip back into doing something harmful or repeating a pattern I know to be toxic, I need to remind myself that there are certain things in life that are simply beneath me. By choosing to engage in them I am doing myself an act of disservice because I'm actively going against my best interests.
Binge eating and breaking my diet, which then leads to me feeling terrible about my body? Beneath me. Downloading dating apps where low-quality men want me to pursue them and give them easy access to me so they can mistreat me and humiliate me? Beneath me. Doom scrolling on social media when I could use that time to consume content that enriches me intellectually, spiritually or mentally? Beneath me. Oversharing with people I just met so I don't feel uncomfortable which leads to feeding a people-pleasing monster? Beneath me.
I value myself, so I don't engage in what is beneath me. It's simple.
Working harder will not make you rich. Find small ways to claim back your time and detangle yourself from the system that exploits you.
One archetype of person that Iβve never been able to get along with are the ones who arenβt risk takers. And by risk takers, I donβt mean people who are reckless or impulsive or constantly making decisions without thinking. I mean people who have vision, ambition, and who can see something greater for their lives and are willing to take risks to get there. The kind of person who canβt see whatβs on the other side of a lake, but knows that whatever is there is good, and still decides to walk on water to reach it and trusting that along the way there will be opportunities, hope, and new paths that will open up to help them get there.
Taking risks doesnβt mean everything will go smoothly. Things can and will go wrong. But the difference between a real risk taker and someone whoβs not is that the risk taker doesnβt crumble when things go sideways. They take it as part of the journey and as something thatβs meant to shape them and teach them so that when they get to their destination, theyβre stronger and more grounded. Pressure doesnβt break them but it builds them.
The people who arenβt risk takers and who always choose whatβs comfortable and familiar, usually stay in the same place their whole lives. They talk about wanting more, but they wonβt do what it takes to get it. And what Iβve noticed is that risk takers tend to be the intuitives, the overachievers, the black sheep and generational breakers of their immediate circles who refuse to go along with the system because they know their vision is greater than that. Thatβs why theyβre often lonely. People like that are rare, so naturally the ones who truly align with them are rare too.
When youβre someone whoβs curious and ambitious, itβs almost impossible to connect deeply with people who arenβt. The way you see the world, the way you move through life is just different. Some will look at you like youβre crazy for doing what youβre doing. Some will look at you with admiration because they wish they could do the same. And others will look at you with envy or even contempt, because how dare you try to rise above the life theyβve accepted for themselves. Thatβs where the jealousy, the sabotage, the smear campaigns come from. Itβs one of the challenges that risk takers have to deal with.
But even that can teach you something. If you know how to read it and grow through it, those experiences can ground you, sharpen your discernment, and make you even more resilient. Itβs part of the price you pay for refusing to live small.
Modern society wants you to perform. Your soul wants you to be.
Modern society values you based on your rank, your output, and your visibility to others. Your soul values you based on your presence, your peace, and your visibility to yourself.
You can spend your life climbing a ladder that belongs to someone else. Or you can step off and finally meet yourself.
Modern society is designed to keep you looking upward at a ceiling you didn't build. It wants you anxious, striving, and perpetually "almost there" The most radical thing you can do today is look inward and realize youβve already arrived.

I spent years buying the books and the courses that promised to help me "reach the next level." I thought if I just found the right system, I would finally feel like I had "arrived." Heartbreak is a natural human response to being hurt in your heart by a person, a system, or an experience. In other words, being in the experience of heartbreak, whether conscious or unconscious, is not "wrong" or "bad." But what's interesting is that heartbreak is not discussed enough in traditional healing spaces yet it is one of the greatest blockages that inhibit the flow of love and moving beyond a survival state. Healing the unresolved heartbreak lingering in your aura/electromagnetic field can be achieved when you spend some quality time in celibacy loving on yourself and preparing your body for intimacy with a new lover (lots of slow baths, slowing down, time in nature, grounding, journaling, cooking your own food, and the like) so that you when you start to date again, you lead with more self-love and self-worth, and not with heartbreak, fear, insecurity, or repression. You must have compassionate time with yourself to dearmour your heart from living through a deep state of trauma which is what heartbreak is. We don't realize that heartbreak is a healthy trauma response to experiencing emotional, physical or spiritual pain but the trauma of it that has to be unwind and released or it can easily impact our breast tissues over time. The heart and the breasts sit closely together for many incredible nourishing reasons. However, what happens to the heart naturally has impact on the breasts. It is also important to note that heartbreak could have happened recently in this lifetime or past ones from your mother line where the unconscious heartbreak you emanate is a kind of karma to be dissolved and released. Lightheartedness then becomes one of your most dominant frequencies that can speed up "time" into a quantum leap. Most people have no idea the level of pyschic trauma, wounding, war, and fear (and love) I was born into and grew up in because I do not walk around in the world with an aura of heartbreak or in patterns of self-loathing, self-doubt, or self-hate. Healing the scar tissue of my heartbreak allowed me to see that my body and life held real value. We were always designed to be Gods, you see. To get our hearts broken and still live and thrive in our beautiful breasts and magical pussies. To fuck the dumb ass narcissist we should have never called back and allow that moment of bad sex to refine our character. To experience a smorgasbord of hardships and still come fully alive in our bodies and in this life. We are here to be Divine creators, you see.
