All the way from Tel Aviv, a croissant stuffed with sweetbreads and eggplant looks pretty amazing. Thank you Raphael for the photo. 

After doing some testing at home, here is my recipe for my macadamia liqueur. You can adjust the sugar, if you like. I will keep trying other versions, but this one came our pretty darn good.
