Seriously, don't donate through stores (I mean, unless you're at an actual charity place that you properly trust). Rather than subsidizing Walmart's tax breaks, take that money and give it to the person sitting outside the store begging for help. You'll make much more of a difference that way.

To clarify, "rounding up" your purchase or "donating your change" is NOT a charitable donation under the law. It is giving the retailer your money and then THEY are then making a tax deductible charitable donation.

The best part about this scene wasn’t just that Dracula didn’t have a reflection. She was at a ball with a few hundred other people attending it, and during this dance, there were dozens of other couples also dancing alongside Anna and Dracula. The scene showed that everyone at that ball was a vampire, not just Dracula. And she was the single only human there. It’s so subtly threatening to be surrounded by bloodthirsty killers all dressed to the nines, masked and pretty. And it was such an ingenious way of telling that part of the story, I adore this movie so much.

people have been illegally dumping their old boats all around abandoned neighborhoods in detroit so this one newscaster on the local news station has been collecting them and finding out who the owners are by looking up the ID numbers on the boats and then she puts them on a flatbed truck and she brings them back to their owners wearing a fucking captain’s hat and she knocks on their doors and goes “hey we found your boat!”

This could be a TV show. Just, middle and upper class people who dump things illegally get their shit brought back to their house and they are put on the spot to explain why they thought it was ok to dump a boat somewhere random in the city.
