Hailey, weaver and owner of Finch & Lark Handwovens, surprised me with this fun hand painted and hand embroidered image of Sesshomaru and Inuyasha. I had mentioned that I wanted to name my shawl an Inuyasha reference and we both geeked out a little about the series. I was totally blown away by this beautiful handwoven piece! I still need to find a way to display it.

I have a beautiful silk shawl handwoven by Finch & Lark. I initially thought I made a mistake by picking a lighter weft color, but I noticed the colors at the end match Sesshomaru so perfectly. I named this shawl To Love's End. I'm thinking about sending this back to the weaver to add on some embroidery if she is inclined to do so. Thinking of doing Inuyasha's sword, Sesshomaru's sword, and Kagome's arrow!
