So I’ve decided to thrown both this blog and Yuri on hiatus. Tumblr rp as a whole has soured for me/ completely.

The Breaking Point:

Honestly, it’s been like this since I became apart of the Fate rpc that things started to sour. Though most of my blogs are apart of a main fandom, I always had a Fate verse to interact with people. I love Fate to death but since March it’s been nothing more than a shitstorm of drama. After shitstorm of drama. After shitstorm of drama. And I’m just tired of it.

I’m tired of people not having the balls to communicate with each other. I’m tired of people not having the balls to show empathy towards one of another. I’m tired of people going behind other people’s backs and showing off screenshots out of context in order to prove a point.

Because that’s honestly been going on since March, since Cherry was called out by someone who was once her friend. And that’s what gets me. What happened to this thing called friendship? What happened to communication? What happened to empathy? Thrown out the window with common sense.

It’s this blind belief that has soured in my mouth and as Cherry put it, the whole kumbayah, let’s get along everyone attitude isn’t helping things. 

I’ve honestly stayed here too long to where it’s affecting my life. Tumblr rp was fun when I entered the Air Gear rpc for the first time (when there were people). Everything people told us not to do, like constant one liners, we did anyway. We did constant shit posts because the entirety of Air Gear was like this massive shit post. We didn’t care about anything really. As long as you rped and kept the magic of Air Gear alive, we were cool with you. Well unless you were 2005, but that’s a different story.

It hasn’t been fun in the past few months and honestly I’ve been deluding myself with the hope that things would get better. It hasn’t and it probably isn’t going to.

The Future:

I’m going to give go on hiatus and try to find that spark that made rp fun again. Will I come back to tumblr? Will I come into Fate. Right now that magic eight ball is saying: Not fucking likely. But I’m going to give it a few months, see how it is, or rather see how worse it’s gotten. I might go back to forum rping since that’s what first got me into rp in general.
