LIZZIE.
â claudia? â yeah, itâs obviously claudia. but this is more of a remark that carries an underlying dude, i canât believe iâm seeing you right now. she straightens up in her seat and twists immediately, confusion and concern battling it out within her. â where have you been? are you okay? â leave the donuts to the side for a second. next to will, claudia is the one the MOST affected by everything that went down with jack. and since itâs been a deafening radio silence from claudiaâs side, sheâs been honestly fearing the worst.
surprise, surprise. she always seems to know when to jump out when people least expect it. this, however, is not the reaction she had expected. thereâs less... anger. thereâs more CONCERN. âi went underground,â claudia manages to spit out, hands raising in surrender -- hoping it would calm lizzie down a little or a whole lot, but she still doesnât know why sheâs reacting this way. âiâm fine.â and hereâs a thing: SHEâS NOT LYING. sure, sheâs been drinking but otherwise? she hasnât had to hear jackâs voice in a while and that seems to of put a little pep in her step. âwhat happened? itâs not like i died.â maybe in another universe, sure, but getting away for a while seemed easier. itâs hard to give people their space when you see them every day. as far as jack was concerned, claudia had never met them. âwhat happened?â she repeats, softer this time. her eyes check her over as if sheâs looking for some wound or reason for the panic. âare you and will okay?â
this was slightly awkward. she had been giving will and lizzie space for the last few weeks but with the lack of jackâs voice in her head these days, she almost finds it too good to be true. maybe she wanted to ask her, because lizzie would give it to her straight. the topic of jack was always a damage neither sibling, claudia and will, really wanted to touch upon. sheâs lost on current events and needs to be caught up. or maybe she missed her. maybe, maybe, maybe⌠âi brought donuts.â claudia announced, plopping the bag down in front of the blonde. she knows it doesnât fix everything but itâs an attempt at a peace offering. claudia hasnât exactly made very many of those before.  /     @geminislegacyâ
sheâs probably got her priorities out of order. when harlow told her what happened, she believed her. how could she not when she had told her things only harlow knew? whatâs better, she felt it to be true in her heart. claudia knew it could happen: coming face to face with the figure and person who now wore harlowâs face. it made her nauseous even as she remembers it wasnât exactly harlowâs face to begin with. doesnât mean she likes someone else having it. the hybrid had tried her best not to find her. âi know youâre not harlow.â her voice is soft but even the softest things can hold daggers, can they not? âstill doesnât make this any less weirder than hell.â  / @ollddsoulâ
it probably says something about her, having more alcohol on the table than food. these days she hits the bottle heavy but never in front of those she cares for. this is her form of control. itâs what she lacks, always waiting for the suddenly silent voice in her head to speak and bark out an order. sheâs sure harlowâs around somewhere watching and waiting as she always was but these days thereâs a certain trust between them. claudia can handle herself and if she canât, all she has to do is yell. the crowded bar and grille isnât her first choice but itâs food. itâll do for the purpose it serves. the poor guy she locks eyes with from across the way, forced to stand up and figure out a way to eat his food with a drink in his hand? he looks as pitiful as she feels which is probably the only reason sheâs motioned him over. âif youâd like some company, this chairâs open. beats trying to eat standing up.â and if heâs a weirdo, sheâs got a knife tucked away in her boot. /  @boundedbydcrknessââ

HARLOW.
there was a change in their dynamic. in their RELATIONSHIP as a wholeâ something that had been modificated with almost every passing second they spent together. harlow remembers the strange change in emotions, how curiosity became fondness, curiosity, desire, and more things she couldnât figure out. how they then became guilt and regretâ and how now there was loyalty⌠love. harlow was one to always break the rules and cross the lines, for claudia, there were lines she was willing to stop herself from crossing. for the most part, she didnât think claudia would believe her. being BELIEVED and TRUSTED by the one person she cares about had been something she hadnât exactly had the luxury of for a while. ( not like she blamed claudia. ) so when she did, and the look on claudiaâs face shifted to something good. harlow knew one thing, IT HAD BEEN WORTH IT. âyou like her?â she knows there is ODDNESS in picking up a hyena that has just been making people her dinner. something that could do the same to either of them. thatâs probably where the allure was. âi havenât really thought of oneâ iâve been calling her Y,â she shrugged. it certainly set some confusion to the few people that have asked and didnât end up getting thrown in the traffic just for that question. âwhat do you think would be a good one?âÂ
someone asked her WHY once. why did she love harlow? h o w could she? because lately she feels like a teenager again, falling in love as if it were the very first time. forgiveness brings a chance in you if you let it -- and claudia had forgiven harlow, and even found a way to see reasoning behind her actions. sheâd like to think she understands. it doesnât matter what person harlow is to everyone else because she gets the real harlow at the end of the day. âi love her,â claudia interjects firmly. her eyes flashed between harlow and the hyena, hints of the very word LOVE working and weaving itself into a simple look. she should probably ask or even wonder -- WHERE DID THE HYENA COME FROM? they werenât exactly native to san francisco. she should care because sheâs not dumb, she knows a hyena could rip them to shreds as they slept or even just sat there, but thereâs a strange sense of peace. there had been a reason she had come but it slides itself onto the back burner for now. âY?â a delightful laugh rips itâs way out of her throat. she loves this woman, thereâs no denying it, but maybe she has a death wish for questioning harlowâs ability to name an animal rather than whether or not the animalâs going to eat them one day. the circle of life, right? âi canât judge your naming ability. iâd name her mariska hargitay.â claudia admits before nearing, âshe deserves a powerful name... definitely after a bath.â

HARLOW.
she doesnât inmediately look up, but if she spoke in memesâ a really loud AND I OOP wouldâve been heard. because for starters, she would never talk to claudia like that. second, she wouldnât reference her mother in any situation in general, knowing what she does. harlow looks up and to the side to look at claudia. the silence prolongues for a moment. ââŚ.sorry.â itâs still hard for her to say such simple word. ( when is a demon ever sorry for anything? ) she tries, though just like that the topic gets pushed to the side. ânah, she just needs a bath. though she continues biting.â she grinsâ no, sheâs not dumb. she knows this isnât actually a dog, she enjoys the reactions though. âwould you believe me if i tell you i got it for you?â sheâsâŚ. not lying to be fair. it was an impulsive decision, 50/50. the hyena has decided to lay at harlowâs feet. she notes it almost acts like a hellhound. âshe was tearing some guy open.âÂ
a few months ago she probably wouldâve yelled. she wouldâve turned away and cursed the very ground harlow walked on, if weâre being d r a m a t i c a l l y honest. the topic of her mother is a sensitive one. itâs the one thing she has left of a life she couldâve had without jack. without harlow. without will. without all of it really. itâs the one thing that jack tried to kill but couldnât, that sheâs tucked away and kept to herself until... until she started slowly telling will and harlow about it. lately itâs been less but itâs still there, waiting to be told. âitâs okay, harlow.â she values the apology and the attempt that was made. claudia isnât going to fault her for it. there is, however, the matter of the hyena who indeed needs a bath. âyou got me a hyena?â her voice is soft, like the weight of the action hitting her right in the figurative and literal feels. âsheâs perfect.â and itâs not just because she had been eating someone when harlow found her. âwhatâs her name?â
of course it smelled like something was burning. by the time she had woken up to the pounding on her door, her curtains were aflame. she sleeps with a fire extinguisher under her bed just in case of moments like this, when sheâs too out of it to put them out herself â giving herself a helping hand of extinguishing them before she races to the front door and pulling it open. the smoke was thin outside until this moment, coming out in waves and somewhere in the building setting the alarm off. âsorry, i was trying to cook eggs.â sounds like a great excuse, right? maybe not considering itâs three a.m. Â Â Â / Â Â Â Â @apxstarters
âyeah, i realize iâm not a student.â itâs been said what, fifteen times by this point? âwill is my brother and wyatt halliwell adopted him.â like that gives her rights? probably not. âi just need directed in their direction.â the headmasterâs office would do if anything. âcan you point me in the right direction? iâve already asked so many people and yet i still somehow ended up here.â nowhere even close to the headmasterâs office or any step closer to finding either of the two people sheâs looking for.  /          @addictingvictoriesâ

itâs not rare these days to sense another darklighter. no, they seem to be lurking around every corner in san francisco. her issue, however, is how light the sense is; ringing familiar to her in the ways her brother and sister do. âyou donât look like the milk man.â sure, sheâs been drinking but by this point she runs on tequila and chinese. if she were to stop consuming them, sheâd probably drop dead from the lack of the two. still, her words have a sort of meaning to them. âlucky you. what brings you to this bar in particular?â she asks, hanging over the bar she had taken to making drinks when she wasnât on stage singing. âcanât be the entertainment. i hear she isnât all that good.â self deprecating jokes? check. /    @pcthstrayedâ
PIPER.
âAnd Iâm just supposed to grateful?â Piper snorted at her comment about the leaves.Â
âI couldâve taken care of myself, ya know. Just because Iâm older doesnât mean I still canât fight. I could blow you up if I wanted to.â Piper retorted with her nose up in the air. She was starting to get the feeling as though everyone was treating her as if she were fragile and it was really getting on her nerves.
her eyes roll and her arms cross over her chest. âgee, thank you for saving my life!â claudia sings out, head tilting. âoh youâre welcome. wouldnât want my brotherâs grandmother to get hurt or anything.â because sheâs already fucked up loving harlow and harlow got jack on lizzieâs path so... call it an attempt to make up for her fuck up. lord knowâs sheâs got a long way to go but at least she tried. itâs not like anyone else had bothered.
claudiaâs eyes narrow. âokay, cool. do it. blow up a woman who saved your life.â just to rub it in, claudia doesnât back down. âthatâll really get points for will and wyatt iâm sure.â
FLETCHER.
Thereâs few people that come to mind when it comes to keeping up with Fletcherâs drinking habits, but one of them was definitely Claudia Davenport. If there was anyone that could drink for drink with the male she was definitely the first that came to mind. That and she wasnât terrible raising a little hell and causing chaos. âAnd here I thought the couch was just an optional request.â The male groaned, as looked over at her through one sleepy eye. âYou always were a ball buster but I swear to god if you donât throw that fucking slurpee away right this second, I will make you live to regret it.â
claudia sneers at that. for a moment she looks as if sheâd set him on fire. âno, it was an unspoken rule you jack ass.â sure, sheâs cussing up a storm and if someone happened upon them it would look like sheâs ripping him a new one, but the truth is, itâs mostly teasing. hell, some could call it a pet name if they were into that kind of thing. âyeah and youâll regret existing if harlow finds you in my bed smelling like the sewer.â she definitely regrets it, getting the brilliant thought that sheâd have to burn her sheets. âi will if you get up before harlow gets the wrong idea. i donât know how to clean blood out of egyptian cotton!â

JOSETTE.
coming back to life countless of times was getting confusing, to say the least. let alone being in mystic falls and now in san francisco, a place she had never been before. why was she in san francisco? her first thought was to figure out what had changed, but her new surroundings were something she was going to have to get used to. âsooner or later, iâll forget how to use my own two feet - â her lips parted for a laugh, hazel eyes turning away from her legs to eye wherever it was that she had shown up to.Â
call her childish but she couldnât relate. if anything sheâd feel jealous of the woman for having been dead not knowing this is lizzieâs bio mom. sorry lizzie. but sheâs considered the idea before, even going as far as suicide by doing something good but in the end itâs still cowardly in her mind. itâs an easy way out even with the bottle hidden in her hip pocket just adding fuel to the fire. âi wouldnât want to forget how to walk in a city like this. you might get eaten by a yeti.â and youâd think thatâs a joke but she gives no hint of humor -- even if the situation could be considered funny. claudia grew up in a world of supernatural creatures but even she hadnât known yetis were a thing until they were storming their way up and down the streets last year.

HARLOW.
âmommy didnât teach you not to STARE?â harlow asks as she feels the presence having been there for too long. sure, she knows the reason why there might be a prolongued stare. even gouged a few pairs of eyes out because of it. ( good thing she did, because she noticed her latest FRIEND liked the taste of those ) but sometimes the blood on her hands made it difficult to use the touch screen, so it was their lucky minute. âdonât mind the dog,â the HYENA at her side laughs. âitâs just high.âÂ
she knows the blonde doesnât know who it is and claudia almost finds it funny. âiâm sure she wouldâve but mommy dearest is dead.â thereâs a whole trauma there that claudia never likes touching upon. not with will who would understand and definitely not with harlow who claudia doesnât want to see her as weak or broken -- even if she is both, deep down. still, she doesnât say it with anger or annoyance ( GIVE HER SOME CREDIT, she wouldâve burned the building down a year ago at the thought ). âi might be drunk but your dog looks like a fuckinâ hyena, harlow.â and sheâs not sure why but that seems like the funniest thing to her because itâs almost as if sheâs seen this coming somehow. âwhat did you do?â and call it character development but she doesnât ask that so accusing this time. itâs like she blinked and all hell broke loose... but thatâs a trend lately. for her? or the whole city of san francisco.
